Doesn’t taste the best but man does this work! Suppresses appetite and keeps you sharp.

First off, there is VERY little product for what I paid.. but I did read beforehand and I knew I was getting a 30 day supply. Second, it tastes TERRIBLE! Overly sweet and was, in my honest opinion, disgusting. Not at all like I was hoping nor expecting. It’s also super gritty at the end and doesn’t dissolve as well as I’d like. Thirdly, lastly, and most importantly; it did NOTHING for me! I couldn’t tell I’d even taken a supplement, at all. There was no extra energy or focus. I’m going to give it a chance for a few more tries, but this is looking like a complete dud. :-(

This product gives a really good boost throughout the day and into my afternoon workouts. I’m sensitive to caffeine so I drink this earlier in the day (9am) so as not to disrupt my sleep cycle. I definitely found that I still felt good and energized by 5pm when I’d hit the gym. If I am drinking it later in the afternoon I only do half the scoop.The energy almost seems like it’s too much right at first, but never to that point of getting jitters or making your skin itch like some pre work outs. I can definitely sit down at my desk job and work without feeling like I’m coming out of my skin, my mind will just feel hyper focused for the first hour or so.Overall, the product works great! The taste is ok. Not my favorite, but I’m also not cringing necessarily when I drink it.

I've been using LIT and LIT AF Gummy Worm flavor for the last year and it tastes really good and works as expected. This product tastes nothing like Gummy Worm and has a much harsher taste and aftertaste that is not pleasant. I'm giving 3 stars because the product does what it's advertised to do.

This right here will give you that damn pump your looking for. I used this for a week straight and it was awesome but for me at least half way through a work out it would make sick to the stomach and I would throw up sometimes. Other than the sickness it definitely would give you that pump for hours, for me it lasted 3 to 4 hours and I would be ready for more.

So I am not usually big on products with caffeine in them because I usually get jittery and anxious, but Beyond Raw MF is great. I take it once a day first thing in the morning with My breakfast. I can immediately feel the energy that it produces without jitteriness. It last pretty much all day and gets me through my work out which is usually later in the afternoon or evening. Unlike the pre-workout, It Sustains energy throughout the day. Also with the capsimax I can immediately feel the burn because I start to sweat soon after taking it. Also I find myself sweating more during my work out. I get the gummy worm flavor and it is delicious I have not tried da jalapeño pineapple but my friend says that is delicious as well the best part about it is when it’s time to go to bed I’ve come down pretty easily without any crashing. I actually get a good nights sleep each and every night without an issue. I definitely Recommend burn MF

Fabulous but don’t take after drinking two 12oz redbulls because you don’t think it last going to do much… felt like I had a bit too much booger sugar

I wanted to try a new pre-workout and came across this thermogenic type product. Was very excited to try it out and based on other reviews on GNC's website I decided to go with the Gummy Worm flavor because the Orange Mango flavor had awful reviews. Well, this one has to be just as terrible tasting. It does not dissolve completely and was incredibly hard to stomach. I am not a super picky flavor person but this one left the absolute worst taste in my mouth. As well, it made me very nauseous during my workout and after my workout. I didn't feel any bursts of energy or really any great effects at all. I'm so disappointed I spent my money on this product!
