I have tried another brand of this supplement as well, and prices vary as well as dosages. It works very well for me, and the price is great. With the first product of tart cherry, I started taking 2 800mg tabs only at night, as there can be a meletonin effect. My biggest positive is, no more morning body stiffness! And, I have gone an entire day without NSaids, which I've not been able to do in YEARS. I was taking 800mg ibuprofen 2 times minimum daily just to be able to do my job and daily activities, and still had pain and stiffness. So my quality of life is MUCH improved. I recommend this to anyone with arthritis or general muscle stiffness or achiness. It's not a cure, but I have great benefit from it. I take this 1200 mg one in AM and one in PM. I have not noticed any daytime drowsiness. It is a small capsule and easy to take. Five stars easily. Love it.

I'm impressed. I bought tart cherry extract at the recommendation of a friend. I didn't have any known inflammation like he does but I've read we all have a lot. What I did have was a lot of aches and pains and difficulty staying asleep. I didn't expect to see any results for weeks but on the 2nd day I saw an improvement in my aches and pains and in just one week about 60% improved. I am also sleeping longer. I bought 2 more bottles and am having my son take them too.

I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis in my back and all joints. The pain had gotten so bad that twice daily 500 mg prescription naproxen backed up with the 8 hour time-release acetaminophen wasn't knocking it down more than 50%. I was in pain while sitting, standing, walking, even when trying to sleep. I can't have the cox-2 inhibitors like Celbrex and I don't want narcotics. My doc recommended tart cherry juice and that was a great help, but it aggravates the reflux and heartburn that goes along with having a hiatal hernia. It also wears off before the next dose, and it's not convenient when away from home.Then I discovered these 1200mg capsules and started taking one twice a day with a meal. What a difference! I'm not going to run any marathons, but I can sleep or sit comfortably and get up and do something around the house. Yes I still take my other medications as well, but I feel I am getting at least 70-75% pain relief now, and that is comparable to when I was on Celebrex. I have not even gotten through the first month of supplementation and already I am feeling a lot more chipper and slowly increasing my activity. From my experience this works amazingly well, and I have been recommending it to others. Just make sure you take it with food to avoid the reflux issues.

I have multiple spinal and joint issues, including fusions and arthritis. I was in daily pain and my quality of life was declining rapidly at 54 yrs old. My husband did some research and found this product used in combination with Boswelia (frankincense) for arthritis and joint pain. I agreed to order it and give it a try because I hate pain meds. I have bee using it for about 4 months. I ran out about 3 weeks and within 4 days my pain levels had increased to the point of being intolerable. I re-ordered and began them again. Literally, on the second day, I was seeing the benefit. I absolutely will not let myself run out again, EVER! I do not know how much the Frankincense helps because I've never gone without it but I know for certain the Cherry does helps immensely!

It is effective to help me fall asleep quickly and sleep longer, 7 to 8 hours. Find the dosage that fits you. I take 7 capsules with herb tea that relaxes, such as lemon balm + pepper mint + chamomile + lavender.

They are okay, but I ordered them because you no longer offer the tart cherry liquid I prefer.
