DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We purchased this product in June 2023 for our coffee shop. At only 8 months old it will not run a cook cycle. Merrychef has sent out 6 different technicians from 4 different companies to find/fix the issue and not a single company is able to figure it out. Every tech has told merry chef that it is defective, and instead of replacing the product they wish to continue to send out more people/different companies to try and fix it. It has now been 8 weeks since this oven has worked properly, and it has caused my coffee shop to suffer immensely. Merrychef customer service would rather laugh at the situation and the fact that it is costing our company tons of sales instead of standing behind their "quality" word. We are currently still waiting on another part. It has been over a week and Merrychef hasn't even shipped it....I advise to go with any other manufacturer if your looking for this type of product.
