Will these work with an attic cooler ?

A attic cooler?? These are for boats not for attic’s any attic coolers if I understand what you doing needs a pan under them with a pvc drain vent to outside. If just storing a cooler in attic why would you need corners to hold in place! 🤷♂️

Yes, there are 2 straps included in the package.

What size screws are recommended?

3/4-1" of the best stainless you can buy. Pre- drill your hole and use the largest screw that will fit. The coolers are sometimes used for seats ( I had a marine upholsterer make one with snaps) and it works out fine w/o tipping over.

How long should the #8 screws be?

Each installation will require consideration of the boat’s construction and cooler location. Commonly a #8 x 1 1/4” is used into a deck with substrate; but underneath clearance, deck material (or lack thereof) and geometry should be considered. Thru bolting with lock nuts would be the most robust installation.
