Rear Mudguard Scooter Fender Bracket Scooter Replacement Accessory Support Mudguard Bracket Fender Compatible with Xiaomi 1S / M365 / Pro

This kit worked perfectly as a replacement for my Xiaomi M365’s rear fender. Installation was easy overall, but I had some trouble with the fender bracket since the instructions don’t actually explain how to mount it. Luckily, there are helpful videos on YouTube. Once installed, it works great.

I bought this to replace my cracked rear fender on my MaxShot V1SPRO (500W, 10.5Ah, 10" wheels). I can confirm it's compatible...sorta. The 3 mounting holes on this replacement fender line up perfectly with the MaxShot OEM holes. Absolutely no problem there. This replacement rear fender is designed for a 8.5" wheel, so the curve radius is a little smaller than the MaxShot OEM fender. I used the thickest rubber handlebar stem shim to tilt the replacement fender up/forward a few degrees to prevent rubbing against the rear wheel. I also tried heating with a 1500W hairdryer and bending the shape but it didn't work for me (I see someone else in the reviews tried it and it worked for them). This fender is also slightly narrower than MaxShot OEM so it gives ~90% tire width coverage. I haven't yet ridden in the rain to see if it fully protects the rider from spray. The included light has a shorter cable and different connector than MaxShot OEM, so I had to re-use the original red LED. It IS possible to do all this without cutting/splicing LED wires, but it takes some work...mostly cutting though copious hot glue installed at the MaxShot factory...also removing the bottom panel and its ~25 screws. The U-shaped bracket idea is genius, but too small for the MaxShot V1SPRO. I cut off the side arms, smoothed the edges, and installed the ~1"x1" square inside the fender to protect the LED wire at the back of the LED housing (this makes no sense until you see it). Otherwise, the rear wheel can rub against the LED wire when you go over bumps. The handlebar stem shims are not compatible with the MaxShot V1SPRO whatsoever. I bet there's a good chance it works with all MaxShot 8.5" wheel versions too, but cannot personally attest. The build quality seems very good, and sturdier than MaxShot OEM.

Fender bolts right on to the Swagtron scooter, and I imagine it will work on anything that is a derivative of the Xiomi Mi scooters. Easy install - just three screws. The one thing is that you will have to cut and solder the brake light in unless you want to take the scooter all the way apart to use the plug.

Replaced my broken stock fender with this guy and Viola! My clothes remained dry. Got the job done.

The item is fine. It is designed with the 8” tire. It will fit the 10” tire but the lock doesn’t not work with the handle bar. Would like the description to give a better fit for the sizes it works with. Also, the light cable is really short. So if you light connects at the front of the scooter, this is not the fender for you.

“I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. I just installed the fender on my scooter, and it broke during the very first ride. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable! I spent money not only on the product itself but also on installation, only to have it fail immediately. It is very disappointing to invest in a product that cannot withstand even minimal use. The materials feel flimsy and low-quality, and it’s clear this item was not designed to last. I would not recommend this to anyone and expect better for the price I paid.

I bought this after my repairs to the original fender finally started to break apart. This replacement fender is great, and the stabilizer is super easy to install, and fits perfectly. The rubber spacers that go in the hinge will wear out, but that's just a design flaw of the scooter and there's not much that can be done about it. One thing I did do to ensure this lasts is drop a bunch of epoxy around the bolt holes where it attaches to the deck. If it's going to break somewhere, it would break there.
