I liked its small size - fits nicely under my home office desk and is easy to use . You can’t use more than a few sheets at a time but that is more than fine for most of my work .

Got this paper shredder for work purposes and found myself using it for a lot of other things as well! Great for old and unusable debit cards, junk mail, as well as shredding papers with personal information on them. You can shred about 6 sheets at once and 1 card at a time. I love the it came with a reverse direction option as well as a universal bucket. It doesn't fit together in any specific way, it'll work facing either direction so i never have to worry about putting it back together backwards. Not to mention, it can hold a lot of shredded bits inside the bucket as well which comes in handy a lot.

My last Fellowes shredder lasted for ten years. That is primarily why I chose this one to replace it (obviously, when the original began to fail). The other reason I selected this item is because of the price.Now that I have used the new shredder, I can say that this one should adequately suit my personal needs .However, it is small and very lightweight (a bit top-heavy). It performed as expected with the exception of shredding credit cards and the like. After the first pass, I found that the credit card was not shredded, but scratched up. It came through in one piece. Then, I reinserted the credit card (in a portrait position, if you will), and it was cross-shredded to my original expectations.

This is not a shredder; IT'S A MONSTER! This thing is unstoppable. I've fed it cereal boxes, and it makes hamster bedding. I've put one stack after another, and fed it plastic cards right after that but, it doesn't hesitate or bind up! I keep mine right next to the trash bin. Not only does it keep my life more secure but, it keeps my trash from stacking up so fast (card board packaging is the worst). I love my little monster!

It's a very small paper shredder. It's just used for routine shredding on a daily basis. It's not for heavy duty shredding. But it does work fine if it's only a few pieces of paper here and there. It will shut down it overheats. There is a switch in the back that automatically shuts It Off. It did Jam for me several times.

It does what it's supposed to...for 5 minutes at a time. This is NOT for the weekend warrior who is looking to get rid of a ton of pages in one day. It's more for occasional shredding. After five minutes of continuous use..it needs at least 10 minutes of cool down. It's fine for me since I don't work at the Pentagon..but keep the timing restriction in mind when choosing this shredder.

I love the extra security features that this shredder has as I have a toddler in the home and I need all the protection I can get. It works very effectively. Description was very accurate. I am very please with this shredder.

This item overheated with minimal use, would not recommend. I should have read the reviews more carefully. Returned for refund. Looking for another model. Possibly from the Amazon Basic line of shredders.
