Gluten-free, easy application, and a 5 year-old could remove it!
This is going to be our go-to brand of face paint forever!Highlights: Safe for Celiacs, applies really easily once activated with water and our 5 year-old was able to clean herself with a wet wash cloth. Stayed for 4+ hours even without setting products.Details:Needed a gluten-free product for our child with Celiac disease as we didn't want to risk cross-contamination. Did the research and this product came highly recommended even by those with sensitive skin issues. It came plastic sealed so we knew it was clean. No applicator or instructions (though those might be on the package) so we used a makeup sponge and paintbrush and followed the reviews and some YouTube videos to make sure we applied it right. It activates with water so we got it wet and then also wet the sponge or brush. Really easy to apply with the brush but the sponge could get streaky so we did two coats and gave it just a few minutes to dry in between. The color is so vibrant! We purchased Pale Blue to get the Vampirina character look and it was perfect. Used for a full face for multiple events and still have plenty left so even though it seemed pricier to get a single color, it was well worth it.The main reason I'll go back to this forever is how easy it was to remove. Gave my 5.5 year old a wet wash cloth and she got it done in two minutes. I only had to go around the hairline to get hidden parts but I was really impressed as we were dreading having to get baby oil or other products out to remove it.It stayed really well for the 4 or so hours we needed it each time. Chose not to use a setting spray or baby powder but would recommend it for people going to conventions who need it to stay longer. There was one incident where after washing her hands they didn't get completely dry and she touched her face so there were some fingerprints of missing paint but not a big deal.As someone who doesn't apply makeup and hasn't done full face paint before, I couldn't recommend this more highly.

I need water to make it wet enough to apply, and it stained my shirts. If you get it wet, it will come off your skin….. not the clothes.

Blott it, don't wipe it on
This was the most FANTASTIC face paint I could have gotten! Reviews looked good, and I have no idea about makeup, so I took a chance. I tried wiping it in on with a sponge and it was okay, light, and swipey. I then blotted the tip of my nose and it completely changed. I then went over my whole face blotting it. The coverage was WAY better and a very rich color came through. It stayed all afternoon and I was very happy.I wet a tip of a towel to see what sort of trouble I was in for when trying to take it off. It cleaned up pretty easily with just water and rinsing the end of the towel every couple of wipes. I soaped up, and was perfectly clean in minutes. If I ever need makeup again I'm DEFINITELY buying from them again!

Great for beginners, okay product
This water based white paint is an essential for face painting and holds a beginner level quality. It does take a little bit of working into the product to successfully apply a thick application on the face if you are trying to paint your entire face or body with maximum color. In the event you are going for a more professional look, I would not recommend this product. I enjoyed this product while painting on some teeth on my face but I did not like it when it came to large applications. The packaging is very cheap; there are better products out there but this is a decent water based paint.

Perfect color for Flame Princess from Adventure Time for the Ochre.
This stuff is the bee’s knees. I purchased this for a Flame Princess cosplay, in the Ochre color, and I must say that it was absolutely perfect. This was my second attempt at a face paint for that character, with the first try ending up much more orange (think Cheeto) than the yellow-orange that I was going for. I’ve now tried two different orange face/body paints, and I would say that this one is definitely the better choice. I’ve attached a photo comparing our group cosplay, and the differences in color. This seems to be a wet-applied product, and it really needs generous amount of water before it becomes spreadable enough to use. I was dripping some water in at first, but then I quickly realized you basically need enough that it puddles inside the container. It’s easily spreadable after that, either with a sponge or fingers. I only used one coat, then did touch ups around my arms and clavicle. When I’ve used this, I do my face, entire arms, chest, and a little of my back, and there is still a good bit left. I probably used about 1/6 of it for the first application. Afterwards, I use a finishing spray to make sure it stayed on longer, so there wasn’t a lot of sweat off the makeup this time. Really, that seems to be a key thing to do with this. Since it’s water-based, it comes off more easily when you sweat. I wore this in September in Georgia, so you can definitely expect I tried out its ability to stay fresh in humid, hot circumstances. Despite that, it all didn’t come off in the shower. Some was still on my hands and fingernails, and my arm pits and the inner crease of my arm. And yes, I scrubbed with warm water and soap.PROS:-Easily spreadable with a (good) bit of water.-The PERFECT color for FP from Adventure Time.-I only used about 1/6 of it for the first application, so there is a good bit leftover.-I didn’t experience any dry patches with this makeup, and my skin tends to be sensitive, which was a huge plus. The other body paint I used dried out parts of my face, which hurt, as you can imagine.CONS:-Rubbed off on my clothes more easily than the other face paint I tried.-Comes off when you sweat, so you’ll need to do something to keep it on. (Baby powder, finishing spray, hairspray)
