Great brand and I just got this for the first time, so I can’t really say but I’m sure it works because the company cares.

This is the best iron supplement I’ve ever found. I take two every day for anemia and it’s the only thing that has worked to get my ferritin levels into a normal range. They don’t give me any gastrointestinal issues either, unlike the other iron supplements I’ve tried in the past.

I love all Metagenics products but this iron makes me nauseous for a half an hour after I take it and I can feel it in my gut until it dissolves. My daughter tried it and shared the same experience. I will have to look for capsules.
