Iron OUT Rust Stain Remover Powder, 9.5 lb. Bottle : desertcart.in: Health & Personal Care Review: This stuff is great for whitening clothes and removing tough rust stains. It smells awful but works great Review: I’ve tried several rust removers over the years, including the more expensive leading brand, and this one performs just as well—if not better—at a noticeably better price point. Living in Florida, iron and rust are constant issues. I use this regularly in my water softener pre-filter system to manage iron buildup, and it does an excellent job breaking down residue without excessive scrubbing. It’s also been very effective in toilets where iron staining can get stubborn quickly. One area where it really impressed me was around the pool deck. We had rust stains forming from metal screws in paver areas, and this removed the discoloration without damaging the surrounding surface. I’ve even used it carefully on antique piano hardware and metal components, and it cleaned oxidation without being overly harsh when properly diluted and monitored. A few notes for best results: Follow the dilution instructions. Ventilate well (it has a strong odor). Test on delicate surfaces first. Overall, this has become my go-to rust treatment product. Excellent performance, versatile applications, and better value than the big-name alternative. Highly recommend.

I have to say....IT WORKS. After kaboom bowl blaster discontinued its product, I have tried so many toilet cleaners to get the bowl white again. So if you figure how many yrs of buildup, that should tell you what my toilets looked like. Also, I can't tell you how much money I have spent trying different toilet cleaners. My friend found this at one of the hardware store in a small bottle. Neither of us thought it would work but we tried it anyway. We both were blown away when it worked. Really blown away. I had white toilets under the build up. We couldn't believe it. We didn't even have to scrub it. I highly recommend this product. I do have to say though, different areas have different stains so I can't say that your area stains can be taken out. We live in outback Wyoming so for this area it works great. My friend took her bottle home to use on her toilets and it worked on hers too. I ordered a big jug of this stuff and will order more next month and the month after that so I don't run out in case they discontinue this product. Thank you for such a good product.

Perfect for removing iron/rust deposits in toilet bowls and tanks but the temporary smell is strong.

This stuff is awesome! Toilets in a new construction were completely brown from well water with high iron content. They are now white and look new - all stains removed. The size gave an amount more than enough to thoroughly clean five toilets - tanks and bowls. There was no need to leave anything soaking overnight. I flushed the toilet to get the total inside bowl wet, sprinkled Iron Out on the bowl stains and it started to bubble and clean instantly. I just poured an amount around the inside of the fully filled tank. I applied a heavy amount to each toilet bowl (approximately two-thirds cup initially and second treatment of one-half cup) and tank (approximately one and one quarter cup initially and then second treatment of one cup). I treated all toilets twice with a 20 to 25 minute wait time and then scrubbed with a toilet brush after letting it work. Be sure you have good ventilation after putting this in the toilets. You need to ensure you are in a ventilated area while even pouring the powder into the measuring cup. Pour slowly to reduce the powder mist.
