I am a person that is very into binding my own books, so to have almost infinite threads whenever the mood strikes is very convenient.This thread feels high quality and not very stretchy at allIt feels like thicker durable thread andworks well especially during multiple passes through book signatures

It’s waxed thread. Not much more to say. It’s thick and exactly what I needed to add some buttons to a bolster pillow

This comes in a beautiful, bright red color as shown. It works great for bracelet making, which is what we bought for. Lasts for a long time without looking dingy.

I bought these for use in making the webbing for dream catchers. They do make very lovely webbing but the wax comes off fairly easily and by the time you're done, there is very little wax left. That wasn't necessarily a bad thing for me, without the wax you could see the color easier. It does make a little bit of a mess as you work along. But the wax does help beads slide on easier as you work. Overall I was satisfied and I bought many colors later. However I'm also trying the silk cord so I'm not sure which one will be my favorite yet. I've seen some of these used for bracelets, don't bother. Whatever wax is left on once you finish, will be all over your arm every time you wear it. You do get a lot of cord for the price and the colors both before and after the wax is off, are spectacular at least to me. Your opinion might be different because without the wax they are a lighter color. My recommendation would be to make sure that you want wax cord and not silk cord before you spend money on this.

I used this thread to create a baseball themed keychain for Father’s Day. I chose it to mimic the thread used for baseballs and it worked absolutely perfectly. It was sturdy and fit the holes already punched in the baseball leather. The wax coating made it easy to work with and durable. True red in color.

i bought this string specifically for tie dye. the wax allows you to tighten the string against itself without a lot of knot tying. it holds up to fairly heavy pulling and clicks as it kind of locks itself in place while still being thin enough to produce crisp lines. would definitely buy again for this use case.
