This is the ONLY magnesium supplement I've ever taken that doesn't cause facial flushing or make my heart race. I had almost given up hope because I've tried every form of magnesium (oxide, citrate, glycinate, etc) and each time the side effects were too risky for me to continue taking them. This one is different. I'm not sure if it's because it's a lower dose (most mag. supplements are 300mg+ per dose), or if the supplements I was taking before weren't as pure. Either way these help me relax without any crazy side effects. I also have less of an issue with needing to wake up and empty my bladder at night now.

I am updating my earlier review of Natural Rhythm Calm Magnesium to 5 stars. Previously, I mentioned I was disappointed that the pills did not help me sleep through the night, but I was aware the magnesium has helped many others. The company contacted me and provided a complete refund. You do not receive such excellent customer service in this day and age. I did not expect or warrant a refund.I highly recommend this company. I hope the Magnesium pills help future customers.

This triple calm magnesium is undoubtedly the best i have ever used and i will not buy any other kind from now on. I take magnesium for anxiety and insomnia and i feel the positive relaxing effects just minutes after ingesting one of these. The high absorption description of the product is definitely true for me and anyone unsure about spending slightly more money on a magnesium supplement, give this a go it might actually save you money in the long run by not having to take as many as often.

So far I cannot complain but I think the dosage may be too low for me. It doesn’t really say how much of each type of magnesium is within each capsule and I really need the tirade to regulate my blood pressure. So I will likely not buy again unless my doctor says to continue using with additional magnesium taurate.

I have been using this brand for YEARS….& I can’t say enough about it.I have tried a few brands, & nothing had compared.I also love how it helps my children with their growing pains.

I love this supplement, I’ve been using it for 2 months now and my sleep feels so regulated, I wake up at the same time every morning feeling feeling refreshed. Love!

I took it for awhile and didn’t feel any difference. Of course it could be that magnesium is not the problem, but I expected it to help at least a bit with my sleep and restless legs, and it didn’t really seem to help with either.
