If you need magnesium malate for fibro, this vitamin has it!
This vitamin has no iron and no copper! For fibro patiences’ this is a great supplement! It also has the magnesium malate which helps with the pain too!

Right combo of vit and min for me
Good balance of vitamins and minerals for me. It's important that is have no iron. Frustrating that I have to take 4 tablets a day.

This is one of the better multi vitamin and mineral combinations
I've been taking multivitamins and minerals all my life, and this is one of the most agreeable. Because I'm of Northern European descent, I'm one of the 60% who is cursed with the HLA-DRB1 gene mutation, and need the extra help, especially magnesium for stress. This provides it all. I've found this to be highly bioactive, compared to the Cardiolift that I had taken for years, and this is the first vitamin formula that I didn't burp up a cloud that smelled like chemicals. This thing is very well formulated for someone in good health that wants to stay that way.
