I love how it looks and works. The only thing I hate that when it’s not working but plugged in, it creates a very annoying little sound from outlet, so I have to turn it on every time when I don’t use it if I am in the room. My husband doesn’t hear it or just doesn’t care, but I can only fall asleep if it’s working on timer and when I wake I hear that annoying little beep and unplug it immediately.

I liked the look of this diffuser. I’ve had many diffusers. When they’ve leaked it’s because the lid was not aligned properly. No matter what I do this one leaks. Pretty frustrated. It’s ruining the furniture it’s on. Think it’s time to give up on it.Update - customer service was great and sent me a new one which is working perfectly. I love the look of it.

I love the look and ease of this diffuser. It started to leak water like a puddle after some use. :( Reached out to the company. They gave me a few tips. All of which I did and it still didn't help. I think I got a lemon. It happens I guess. UPDATE: customer service is making this right.

Great item works as expected

I purchased two of these thinking that they would work for my open living/dining room. However, I found that even with two practically in the same room they literally put out zero scent even when I added more than the recommended amount of oils. I live in an apartment so it’s not a huge space.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm a big user of diffusers and have a couple of them in my home. I have to say that this one is by far the best quality diffuser I've ever gotten. Its beautiful and I love how the light feature works on it. Its got a really nice whisper soft noise that is so calming. I put 3 drops of patchouli oil in it and our whole living room smells amazing. I would highly recommend this diffuser to anyone and everyone. In fact I'm probably going to get another one to give as a Christmas gift to someone.

This diffuser is beautiful and by far one of my favorites in my collection. It’s the perfect addition to my office and gives a peaceful energy with the physical aesthetics. It’s also quiet too. I have had my diffuser for two weeks now, and absolutely LOVE it!!! I purchased two—one for downstairs, another for upstairs—and have used them daily since owning them. I have the ‘Lotus’ (as it fits well with my decor), and have already received many compliments on how they well they look in my home; I personally give my compliments to Carmen and Peter for creating such a wonderful product (and, I guess, to myself for having such great taste. LOL).The wood and ceramic look and feel of the diffuser is really something special, and makes me feel a sense of connectedness and calm; even the “earthy/natural” smell when first opening the packaging gave me a warm feeling. It is easy to use and clean, and works just as one would expect in dispensing the desired scent throughout their space. The 1-, 3-, and 8-hour timer settings are perfect limits (I usually use 1 or 8), and the “breathing” light setting is wonderful—especially at night, or just as a reminder to take a quick mindfulness moment; I prefer using a light setting with each use so I can (quickly) discern if the diffuser is still operating or not... plus, it’s just a nice touch.I would DEFINITELY recommend this product to anyone looking to bring a natural look to their space, coupled with an easy-to-use, enjoyable experience.

Easy set up shuts down when low on water, cool running and easy on the nose.

I love the look of this product so it’s such a shame it does not stop leaking. I’ve never filled it over the Max line however whenever I use it, it ends up with a pool of liquid underneath it. Unfortunately not impressed at all

The item itself is nice, however when delivered there was holes and dents on the box which made it difficult to give as a gift.

It’s very nice but I’ve used it twice, it leaks really bad and has ruined the surface of the furniture it’s sitting on
