I was very impressed with my purchase when I received it looks to be really good quality and in a really good strong case to protect it haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will do its job perfectly

Really wasn't sure how much I would use this...but been alot so far. Helpfull little device.

Great dial gauge for the home mechanic
Great dial gauge, nice clear readout, easy to set up, though instructions are pretty poor. Also very well packaged. The stand is a little fiddly but once you get the hang of it, it does what it needs to. It could be a little more versatile/articulated, but you can buy additional arms etc.. Others say the magnet is not very strong, this may be right if you are attaching to a vertical surface etc.. I used mine to check runout on a motorbike brake disc, used the magnet to stick it to a metal bike lift ramp, no issues at all, held solid. A good product overall for what I need.

Can be set to 0 at any depth in on the plunger at the push of a button.
I would have given it 5 stars but the battery needed replaced out of the box. The base has a very strong magnet and the arms are a good length. It's very sensitive takes a bit of getting used to. You can change it from 0.0000in to 0.00mm at the push of a button. Ran it along side my Starrett dial gauge and readings were the same. Comes in a sturdy plastic case that you can keep it in. Using it for indicating on my lathe. Only bad point was having to replace the battery straight away.
