Fits and works perfect, OEM I believe. Tricky getting crankshaft to stay at TDC as you release hydraulic tensioner, nothing to do with kit, just a matter of belt slack rotating crankshaft. Had to remove tensioner and repeat alignment twice, finally putting crank before TDC so that it ended at TDC after releasing tensioner. Definitely needed this kit at 98,000 miles on a 1993. Upper idler was shot and belt was cracked at every rib. Quiet again. Used air impact to remove crank pulley bolt. Pulley slid right off without puller though. Be careful with alignment, if its not right it won't work.

Fit was excellent. I have used this on two different toyota trucks and the first one is still going strong from several years ago.
