Q: How many cones come with this?

I ordered this about a year ago so i don't remember but the description says 32. I do remember having to form the cones myself thou. You'll get 32 sheets of blue, yellow, & red papers and will need to shape them into cones yourself. Hope this helps :)"Includes 32 assorted paper cones in colors of blue, red and yellow"

The stand is made of foam and the cones are paper.

Q: How many cupcakes would this hold? Not the mini cupcakes but regular sized.

It would hold approximately 18 standard size cupcakes.

Q: Has anyone used this to hold cake pops?

They have thier own cone cups with holes..but yes you can use them to hold cupcakes am sure .the holes aren't that big .
