Scam
Don’t touch this at all - a set of dice arrived instead and you cannot return them. Complete scam!

Snapped after 4 weeks
Had been using the extra strong band a couple of times a week for a few weeks, when I noticed cracks starting to form around the edges. The next time I went to use them these cracks quickly turned into small tears until eventually at the end of my session the whole thing snapped...

Good bands but one snapped
These bands work well, I bought for my wife who does bridges, hip/glute moves etc. They are very nice and typical of Coresteady quality. Come in a nice bag (the plastic non recyclable plastic wrap is, however, unnecessary) Unfortunately after a few light uses one of the bands has snapped. My wife put round her legs and it snapped. I can’t seem to find Coresteady contact details and would like a replacement or refund so if your viewing this Coresteady could you get in touch please.

Okay product
Use these all the time for myself and for clients. After a while the elastic will start to roll up which is annoying. But I think the fabric loop resistance bands are better to use for everyday use.Good band for begginers and those recovering from injury.Hope this review helps :)

Get thicker, fabric /elastance - rubber ones are rubbish.
Mediocre really. Doesn't work if you're a thicker person as it rolls and digs on the thighs. Looking for better ones. If you're slimmer, it might work for you. For ref, I'm size 14/16, with larger thighs/calves.

Quality is great!
These bands are really affordable and come with a little black mesh drawstring bag for storage. I love how it also comes with a downloadable fitness guide with exercises you can do with the product. The only downside for me is that the X-Heavy band isn't super difficult, but it is adequate for glute activation.

Fantastic bands
Love these bands. I use them to strengthen my arms in particular although I have used them in a full body Yoga session. Very light & pack away easily, I will be taking on holiday with me so I can continue my workouts. Arrived on time and excellent value for money.

I needed the resistance bands for my online HIIT classes. Loved the colours. Arrived as expected and the bag is really useful so I don’t misplace any of the bands. The lightest is very light but the next level is perfect for me.
