Stormy Kromer Mackinaw Coat - Outerwear Men's Flannel Jacket, Wool Coat for Men

I purchased this wool coat after much research and reading many reviews online. The wool is very warm and with this coat there’s plenty of room for layering during those cold winter months. I am 6’ tall and 200 lbs. I ordered a size large and it fit great. I pair it with a Stormy Kromer vest and stay warm at temps below zero. I have room in the coat to wear an undershirt and a flannel with the vest. Still room to move and no bunching. The buttons and stitching are are very good quality and I expect to get many years of use with this coat. There are two hand pockets and plenty of pockets for storage. Stormy Kromer got this one right!

Put the coat to the 0 degree test last week. If you layer under coat the wool stops cold from coming through. On its own I would have liked the coat to have an inside layer. All in all the coat is made well and material is made of fine wool.

High hand pockets made for holding gun under arm while hands stay in pockets. Lower hand pockets do not hold gun as securely.
