NOT TOO SMALL, DON'T ORDER A SIZE UP.
I have no idea why people keep saying that you need to order a size up – now that I (a size 13us mens) have ordered a size 14us mens pair I can say for certain that if you order a size up it is ridiculous. YES a BRAND NEW size 14 does fit my size 13 foot snugly when I first put them on, but I wasn't born yesterday, and I can easily tell that they will loosen up allot if I wear them for a while. When put a little pressure with my foot to compress the very thick, lush fur forward so my toes reach a normal, comfortable distance from the toe of the shoe, I have around an inch of space in the heel. This is a brand new, leather shoe, with fur lining – leather stretches, and fur compresses over time, that is the nature of those materials. In my opinion, when UGG manufactured these shoes they made them exactly the right size so you do not need to order a size up. I can understand why someone who wears a 7, or 8, or 9, or MAYBE even a 10, MAY, possibly want to order a size up, BUT if you're an 11 or above I would strongly discourage it.I rated the shoe with 4 stars because they are great quality construction and good materials. It is not UGG or the sellers fault if I ordered a size up based on bad advice and, oddly, the size up fitted as a size up should fit: loose.

Looks great, but they cut off the circulation to my toes...too small!
There's nothing worse than thinking you'll get a new pair of cozy slippers only to find that they are 2 sizes too small. I've been a 12M for 30 plus years and this is the first time I've every had to return slippers, that is if they let me. I will update of they do and what their return policy is. You'd like with all the complaints, they would just make them the proper size. Do not ignore the warnings. If you want slippers to be able to slip on and off go up 1-2 sizes.

The only time Uggs have ever been okay
My husband has a pair of these at home in the gray suede. The color is really nice compared to the standard tan colored shearling slippers and dirty boots everyone is wearing around. They are very not-ugg looking but nice and warm. We've actually had two people come to our house and sneak a try on at the door then go home and order a pair for themselves. Good quality but the sizing is a bit off. He is normally a size 11 shoe and they are a size 12. He can't slip the on without using his hands, but they fit once they are on. Just received a pair in china tea leather (which is a bit stiffer)in a size 12 and they are a bit snug. Returning for a 13. These ones are for the office and will easily pass for a shoe-like look. I knocked off a star for the pain in the butt the sizing is causing me.

most comfortable high quality slippers i have ever owned
I ordered these Uggs after searching the web for reasonable priced slippers to wear around the house. The problem with buying clothing and shoes online is that you dont get to physically observe and feel the product, and many times i have received a product which i had high expectations for only to be let down at its faults and poor quality that breaks down in only a couple months... While in the search for a balance between price and quality I was lucky enough to come across an open box/store return black leather size 11 of these UGG slippers (i wear 10.5 in athletic shoes) for a reduced price and decided to give it a try. All i can say is do yourself a favor and spend the extra cash for a pair of these before you waste your money on any of those cheap mass produced pair that look a lot better than they perform. I would have no problem buying these again at full price, its worth every penny.Ive been using these UGGS for close to 2 months now and they have only gotten more comfortable. Although slightly snug at first with socks, a few nights of use later and it stretched and conformed to fit real well. Only thing i was slightly disappointed about was when i realized that the soles aren't replaceable like a lot of their pairs are. Even then they will clearly last a long time and by the time they are done (hopefully a year or two down the road) i will be ready to just order a new pair.

UGG Australia = made in China. Not Worth The Money
If you enjoyed the UGGs of old, get ready to be disappointed. These slippers have "UGG Australia" written everywhere on the box, on the sole, on every available hang tag, sticker, etc. The only place it matters is inside the shoe, and sure enough, "Made in China".I can get Chinese-made fleecy slippers anywhere for cheap, hence the desire to find a better pair. Sometimes, you can get what you pay for. Or, as with these UGGs, you just get ripped off. The fleece is junk, the heel is low, the seams... suffice to say, they suck.Keep looking, and shame on UGGs for the bait 'n switch. Too bad, used to be nice stuff. If you go ahead and ignore the lousy review ( like I did ) and order these, they run way small and you will have nasty little clumps of Chinese chem-fur stuck to your feet.Enjoy!!!

Nice slipper but too small!
Bought these for my husband. They look nice but...too small. He usually wears size 11 and I bought size 12 based on prior reviews. Way too snug! UGG sizing is way off. He could barely squeeze his feet in them. Also if you purchase them through UGG Australia, returns are not free so this will cost me to return. The first time I ordered them from a different Amazon seller and they sent me Ralph Lauren slippers which I had to return. I think I am about to give up on buying shoes on the internet.

Second pair for me. The real sheepskin wears much better than faux in other (cheaper) slippers
Great for around the house and light outdoor use (trip to mailbox and back). Second pair for me. The first pair lasted 3 years with extensive daily use (I work at home and wear them all day, every day). Real sheepskin results in a snug fit at first but breaks down quickly for a perfect fit. Between my first and second pair of Uggs I went with a pair of slippers from Orvis (with stellar reviews) and found the faux sheepskin degraded quickly. This time I went back to the Uggs and expect a much longer service life. The real sheepskin seems to last much longer than faux but will still be the area that fails first. My first pair still looked almost new on the outside and the soles were in equally stellar shape. It was the lining that wore out and started to fall out in tufts -but, again, I wore the hell out of the them. Expensive but worth it. If you have a real job and only wear these in the evenings or something they should last virtually forever.
