The USB-C cable is detachable for convenience of portability.Optical switches are much more durable than conventional mechanical keyboard switches and are rated for 100 million keystrokes. They have a high actuation point of 1.5mm for fast response. Light Strike optical switches utilize a horizontal infrared beam which is transmitted across the width of the inner keyswitch. The infrared beam is normally blocked from reaching a sensor across from it by the stem. Once a switch is pressed, the switch stem no longer blocks the infrared beam and the beam is detected by the sensor, which activates the switch. Due to the optical mechanism, an optical switch has an extremely fast response time of 0.2ms, which means faster reactions in those times where timing is critical, such as when gaming. Space bar not working properly
Spacebar doesn't stay straight and we need to keep adjusting it for it to work. Couldn't use it properly for more than 2 days, a flimsy job. Will be returning it. Giving 2 stars only because it looks good and is a perfect size.

Best keyboard ever and it works sooooo well
Best keyboard ever and I got it with the gateron optical brown switches that just feel amazing and sound absolutely great.It’s just a joy to game on and really makes my gaming and typing experience much much much better.I have to be honest I cannot find any cons for this keyboard but the keys do wobble a bit.I have had this keyboard for a good bit almost nearing 2 weeks and I play with it every day for 2 hours.That’s my whole review and I know that some of you won’t read the whole thing so I will keep it short.“Best keyboard and will recommend to everyone who is on a budget”Hope this review helped you and enjoy your new GK61.
