Are these actually 1/4" shank? I have bought other such labeled burrs on amazon only to find out they are 6mm which tend to get stuck in the arbor.

Is there a warrenty or any way to replace one or 2 cutters

I believe its one year. They seem to be interested in their product after purchse, they've e-mailed me and asked how every thing arrived and performed. So far I'm pleased with the purchase.

Can I use it on my dremel or a drill??

I’ve used the 1/4 inch shaft size with a drill and a smaller 1/8 inch shaft size with a deemed type of tool. They may eventually become dull but the are very useful for quite awhile. Be sure you get the size you really want.
