Very cool product!
It came just as described. Held water with no leaks, and the turtle loves it!Highly recommend purchasing for aquarium-pond use!

There is a double lining that will separate
We have turtles and we put this in our house as an option. there’s a double liner and it is starting to separate. there’s a big air bubble in between the two layers on the front. It hasn’t popped but I am concerned that it will and we have only had it for a couple of weeks

Absolute piece of junk
If I've ever wished I could give something zero stars, this is it. I bought this as a temporary holding tank for my saltwater fish; I am moving 5000 miles from the East Coast to Hawaii. I made a special trip out to HI to set this thing up so then I could the return in a couple of weeks with my fish and have it be all ready. When it arrived I was very surprised the packaging wasn't bigger. It was about 4x4 inches wide and maybe 4ft long. The cardboard box was completely twisted and limp and not sturdy at all. If it wasn't completely wrapped in tape it would have completely fallen apart. I took everything out to set up the holding pond. The actual PVC pond itself was filthy, covered in dust and dirt inside and out; my hands turned black handling it. This thing is supposed to be for live fish. If you put water in here they would die. You'd have to hose this thing completely out and use carbon before you could even think of using it.Now the real issue. This thing is put together by a series of metal poles. There are about 12 metal poles that stand it up and 8 that form the actual frame at the top. Of those 8 frame poles 6 were missing. I could not do anything with this. I made a special trip to HI to set this up so I could bring my fish back in a couple of weeks. Because this thing wasn't packed properly I've now wasted an almost $1K trip and two weeks of time. The poles that were missing were the longest ones. The box that was sent couldn't have even accommodated them. I'm not sure how that was missed. It would have needed either a second box for a significantly larger and longer box for all the items to fit.Unless you have time to waste and like getting ripped off I would highly advise about getting this item. You can get simlar Koi ponds for a fraction of the price that just don't have the see thru window. This thing isn't worth the price or headache. Also, no instructions whatsoever on how to set it up; just a partial parts list that doesn't even tell you how many of certain items there are supposed to be. What a joke!

Old stock and seemingly no customer support
They didn't send me one of the o-rings. Not a huge deal, but they don't appear to check the email listed on the assembly instructions, so I had to go buy one.The one that was included is a very poor fit in the tooling, and I had to reassemble the drain 4 times before I was able to keep the o-ring from stretching and rolling out of the groove.after a bit of fiddling with it there's no leaks, at least, but it's worth keeping an eye on that part, and putting the drain on before assembling anything else will really make your life easierAll the photos show the drain on the left side, I ordered this assuming that, but the drain is on the right side, which is incredibly inconvenient. I assume this is because the new model is the left side and the old used the right, but that's another issueThe listing makes a big deal about what a huge improvement the new bracket designs are, but I was sent the old style. Honestly that feels a bit weird, since they sound like they were safety improvements. Maybe they should have held off on all the "new design!" Graphics until they actually got rid of the old stock. It isn't leaking. It let me move my koi while I rebuild my outdoor pond over the winter. That said, I probably would have been happier with a water trough from harbor freight for the same price, even if that doesn't have a clear front.

Works for intended purpose .
So far it's been working fine for my fish . No problems with it yet . It takes some hard work to get the poles through the material . It does make the water smell like chemicals but my fish have survived it so far . Hoping the smell will go out of the water eventually . Only 4 stars because it's not as clear as advertised on the front. While I can see through it it's a very distorted view . Update the chemical smell does leave after awhile .

Portable
The media could not be loaded. The item arrived quickly and the materials are quality. Pool should have included instructions on assembly even if it was fairly intuitive. There is a small learning curve. The pool has so far been able to withstand build and breakdown multiple times. It has just enough room for a human sized fish. Wish there was a way to secure the support straps on the legs better. The Boswell pool has brought our mermaid show alive!

Great product! Easier to put together with two people
The media could not be loaded. I like this setup. The price was good. It’s great for a temporary solution. Put foam board underneath to minimize the chances of tearing. Very difficult for a single person to put together but I was able to complete the assembly with the help of my 9yo daughter. I held the clamps together while she put the screws and bolts on and tightened them down.

Two of the legs where two inches bigger then the rest buyer beware
Looks like the pond was made in a hurry. Sharpie lines still visible. Metal legs are not all the same vary in size. Some modifications needed on your behalf to make it functional.
