Eargasm

So I am getting on the breakbeat train a bit late lol but ive been a electronic music fan for quite some time. I have to say that this is one of the most versatile album ive heard. I love when a band (or duo in this case) has different elements incorporated into their music. Plump Djs remind me a bit of Groove Armada and Crystal method combined, which works very well. The song "weighed down","In stereo" ,"How much is enough"and "cry wolf" put you into an electrical trance. While "The funk hits the fan" hits you in the face with that cool funky beat implied in the title. "Morning Sun" and "Mantra" are a bit slower but they are really good songs. They take you on a magical electric journey. My favorite song on this album would have to be "pray for you" which features Gary Numan who is a electronic Legend. It has a cool beat with pretty good lyrics and its just a eargasm to hear.

great cd,,,all of the songs are excellent...It is worth the money...my car ride is now very delightful. great music. It is the best.

This CD is hands down one of the best breaks CD's I've ever heard...period! It's almost an hour and a quarter long and I listened to it twice through the first time out, just cranked up the volume and let it wash over me...definitely eargasm material! WOW!!!

I expected a usual breaks cd you know, but I popped it in and it kind of just takes you on a ride. One of the coolest albums ive heard in awhile, really creative, and just crazy! Dont think about it, just pick it up, if your into breaks and havent heard this yet your deprived big time.

If you're a fan of breakbeat, this is a must-have album. The Plump DJs continue to impress with this appropriately titled cd! A non-stop body pumping collection you'll want to listen to again and again (and again and again...)

I love the Plump DJ's direct approach with a confident sound. Original banging breaks that make you want to get out and party. They are the kings of slammin breaks to me and I would get this album if you love solid dirty breaks. Not only does this rock but there are diverse sounds and tempos thrown in to show their range of talents. A great after party delight for those hard core stragglers.
