I love these straws! They feel like plastic but are guilt free! Super high quality and a really good deal for the amount you get.

If you are like me you can't stand the paper straws but still want to enjoy your drinks with a straw and save the turtles. I can't drink anything without a straw as I have horrible tooth sensitivity to cold drinks but I love my cold brews and cocktails on a cruise. So I decided to find an easy alternative that I could keep in my beach bag/backpack for when I travel. These are perfect for that! There was no taste to them and even after an hour of use they were still in tact. I was able to take it out of one drink and put it into another drink with no issues. I now carry these with me everywhere in case I need to pull one out and use in my drinks!!

I really don't like using plastic straws anymore as they are not really eco-friendly. I have tried paper straws, which are an ok option, but they usually disintegrate as you use them. I have used metal straws, but I hate the metallic taste I get when drinking with them. These Sugarcane Straws are a great alternative to both of these straws because a sugarcane straw does not become soggy like the paper straws or leave a metallic taste like the metal straws. These sugarcane straws are eco-friendly, they are still sturdy even after many hours in your drink (no deterioration) and they are biodegradable!! I also like that these straws have some flexibility to them because I do have a horrible habit of chewing on my straws and these haven't cracked from my chewing like the plastic ones always would. Amazing straws and I highly recommended them!!

Works great

Dependent on your preference, it may be a good or bad thing that these do not have a sugary taste to them. These straws have no taste and are very durable. I can use the same one as long as I'd like and it does not fall apart like a paper straw. Above all, it breaks down much more easily than plastic so I feel better about using it.

The best quality non-plastic straws we’ve found so far. Great for cold drinks especially - never gets soggy or gross! They don’t work well with hot drinks though - so just be aware.

These a wonderful straws. I work at a restaurant and bar and got these for the bar. My customers love them. Some people do not like the paper straw feel or when they get soggy in their drink. These straws are biodegradable so they’re great for the environment and they feel just like plastic. Some ask if they’re sweet because I tell them they’re made from sugar cane but they’re not. They are made from the stalk that holds the sugar. So no sugar is added to your drink when you use them

These are pretty great straw replacements! They’re very sturdy and don’t melt like the paper ones after 5 minutes. They also don’t create nucleation sites along the entire straw for your fizzy drink to turn into foam by the time it reaches your mouth. They’re so good I wonder if these will decompose before they injure the turtles. No flavor either.

Die Strohhalme kamen in einer Vakuumverpackung mit Unmengen an Plastik eng umwickelt mit Plastik-Klebeband. Durch diese Form der Verpackung war über die Hälfte der Strohhalme bereits zerdrückt, brüchig und damit unbrauchbar. Sehr enttäuschend.

DO NOT BUY. There was a slug in the straw that I almost swallowed. Disgusting!!!!!
