I have a KTM 690 Enduro R. There's so much stuff connected to my handlebars I had no room to mount a GoPro Hero 11 on them. I have a Rade Garage rally tower as well. It has a thin diameter bar and not a ton of length for attachments. I have a Trail Tech Voyager Pro and Quad Loc already fastened on the tower. I needed something that would attach to something skinnier than a handlebar, was slim and didn't take up a lot of space, was very adjustable and hopefully durable as I tend to blow up stuff a lot.I included a picture of the setup. This thing worked perfectly and with a little time I was able to move all 3 mounts around a bit an ultimately be able to run my phone, Trail Tech and GoPro all at once and have them still tucked behind the wind screen. The mounting kit basically with a shim that you use when trying to mount to a skinny bar. Everything tightened down well. I'm not 100% sure what to think yet about the flip latch skewer that is used to cinch down and hold the camera in place. I had to play around with it a while to get it to close with the camera mounted. Once it was closed...it stay closed.Remarkably enough I did get an unexpected durability test with it on first ride. I laid the bike down pretty hard (blew up 2 ribs in the process - not a couple little hair line fractures). The mount and camera didn't move even a little bit - everything was held in place. So I'm definitely happy with the product so far and it was worth the price.

This is one of the more intelligently designed "super clamps" alternatives out there, but it has one very important, easily ignored consideration: the gaskets. These little things are included with the kit but I missed even looking at them before I mounted my DJI Osmo Action 4 camera with it's GoPro adapter magnetic mount. As the note in the gaskets envelope specifically says, "Some accessories are not wide enough." In my case, only a single gasket was the difference between a camera that will flop over on every major bump and one that doesn't even budge when I bunny hop over curbs. The quick release for the attachment (instead of a screw) is extremely unique and ambitious and I was sad at first when it didn't work. But after adding the gasket all is well. So glad I didn't have to return this. It is the exact perfect height to put the action cam at a normal position above the handlebars without getting in the way of a really intense ride. It's also strong enough to carry the Action 4 combined with the DJI mic attached to it (secured with a little gaffer tape) so that I don't have to sync audio and video "in post" and can just post the videos.

Using on road bike, side mount on handlebars, fairly heavy Instapic 360 Camera mounted. It does not BUDGE AT ALL once adjusted. Very sturdy. Only suggestion to company is to include some type of rubber loop or cage as the extra safety feature instead of just a string. The string didn't save my camera from falling the other day.

UPDATE: PGYTECH reached out to me, seeking more information on the problem I encountered. They were very kind and courteous, and offered to replace the item themselves, which I accepted. I've just received it today, and though I haven't had it in actual use yet, it provided a very different initial experience from the first unit I received, which I'm convinced must have been a fluke. When I removed it from the package, it was tightened to sort of a "middle" position of tightness. Perhaps less than half a turn would loosen it satisfactorily for repositioning, and half a turn the other way would tighten it securely. I'd say this mount is more than suitable for those who don't wish to have a permanent (and likely bulkier) mount, or have more than one location to mount to, that you'll be switching between. My original review is below, for informational purposes. It probably shouldn't be taken as indicative of the average experience, or what you'll receive. Even so, I think you can depend on PGYTECH to back up their product and make it right for you, in the unlikely event you have a less than stellar experience.ORIGINAL REVIEW:So, I've seen listings for other PGYTECH mounting solutions that include this same articulating arm. These other items have good reviews. That's what makes it so perplexing, that the locking screw seems so finicky, to either loosen or tighten. Loosening it doesn't actually make anything loose. It can be loosened too much, so that the screw spins freely, and will never tighten again. I've had RAM mounts before, which have a very similar method for articulation. I've also had a PGYTECH case for my Osmo Action for some time. This mount seemed like a more low-profile and elegant incarnation of a RAM mount, but I've never experienced any such problem with RAM. Your luck may differ significantly from mine. I may discover an easy solution here, as it stays very tight even when "loose" but I remain skeptical.

the whole bracket was well made and sturdy. what i do not like is the system they have for mounting the camera seems to be a quick release, which would be wonderful but it does not secure the camera and it will float up and down. they sent spacers to add to the camera mount but they do not see to work well. I wish i that they would of had threads so i could use the original go pro mounting screw bolts

This works great for a bicycle. The Mount is a little to small for a motorcycle’s handlebars

I waited for this item before going on a trip. I was happy when it came. I tried to mount my gopro 10 to it. It did not come with the tightening screw (the thing you screw into the side that holds the camera.). I used the screw from my gopro tripod and it did not work as the thread size was different. So to make this work you'll need to go to the hardware store and rig up some kind of thumb screw. Needless to say this is irritating and bad engineering. Do not buy this!

Very sturdy and stable. Somehow the video quality is good and it doesn’t show any vibration on video.Edit: I discovered last summer that there was a hairline crack on the quick release pin assembly and now it totally came apart. I just hope they supply replacements for smaller components of the product.

A solid mount. I needed something to hold my mum's phone on her dash, so I added a phone clip to this strong mount arm.It has done a great job. Exactly what we needed. So, it's stuck on a car dash, not a snowboarder's head!It is very sturdy and easy to loosen and stiffen when needed. A very versatile device.5*****
