Works well.... a little pricey for what it is. Looks like steel c channel the framers use on commercial wall build outswith a v notch cut into it....hmmmmm porta band anyone?

Why would you buy this. You can make the exact same thing from the channel carpenters use in the metal stud walls. FOR FREE!!!!!
