Not the item in the image
Simple, it wasnt the item in the image. why 2 stars? the basket i recieved inplace of the lidded box is alright. but thats defintely not what i ordered.

How was there no lid?
The media could not be loaded. The picture shows a lid, and the labeling says "with lid," yet no lid was in the box.

Flimsy, Brittle Plastic
Flimsy brittle plastic. Totally impractical. I can't think of a single circumstance where this could be used successfully without breaking into pieces almost immediately.

Does not come with a lid
Does not come with a lid. Attempted to contact the manufacturer, left a message and there was no response. Sent the box back with a request for replacement, received today and still no lid. The photo in the item description clearly shows a lid— and when I attempted to contact the manufacturer a second time today I couldn’t even get a voicemail. Will not be re-ordering😞

Very poor quality
Brittle composite that breaks with very little effort.Don’t buy.

Missing lids
Third time ordering. The first time I loved them. Second time they can without lids. Spoke to someone from Amazon and they had them resent- still no lids.

Decent, but doesn't not snap close
Product holds items however does not have a snap or click when you close it

Great and sturdy when full of acrylic paint bottles.
