Super easy to use -- good quality
I have been doing a lot of Zoom calls lately (who hasn't?), and asked a friend to suggest a better alternative than my current laptop, as the photo and sound weren't as good as they could be. I am very happy with this product. It was inexpensive, and is working great. I especially like that I can slide the little "thing" at the top if I don't want to be visible, while waiting for the meeting to start.

I'd give it five stars except for the auto focus
This is exactly what I needed... The speakers work well, the microphone seems OK, and the camera itself is fine. And it was a nice plug and play install. The only thing is that it continually tries to refocus, but does so in huge steps, so I'm constantly getting fuzzy for the people on the other side. If I could figure out how to disable the auto focus I'd give it 5 stars.

it does work but does not clip onto the back of my laptop well,so if the the laptop is not at a perfect 90 degrees, the camera falls off. 7/9/21 The company was kind enough to send me the newer version of their webcam which is not only smaller, has a built in cover for the camera (no tape needed!) but also grips my laptop nicely, at all angles. Highly recommended for being a great webcam and a great company for sending me the new one.

The camera works fine, but mic and speaker combo are useless
The camera works fine, but the mic and speaker combo are useless. Every time I unmute myself to speak, the mic feeds into the speakers, and every meeting tells me I have an echo. It's also not great sound quality. It's not usable in a conference setting either; it doesn't pick up anyone speaking further away. I wish I could return it.

Good resolution, poor speakers, no in-use light
The image quality is good and the camera was recognized and setup by Windows 10 seamlessly. The speakers provide good enough sound for speech but have little bass range and and not suitable for music. Oddly, there is no light or indicator that the camera is in use. So if someone does manage to install a camera capture malware on your computer you will not know the camera is on.
