Has anyone installed on a 2007 Fit with success?

Insert a flat head screwdriver into the rear of the clip. Then turn 90* counter clockwise to release.

It depends on the car you have. Follow the Amazon prompts that ask "Does this fit my car?" and it will ask you the year, make, model,etc. It fit my Honda perfectly.

Does this fit on 2002 honda civic si?

Yes it should fit the 2002. The clip itself is a little tight for the visor rod that is on the visor but it does work. The clips in the Honda civics break periodically as well as the visors but in the meantime they work fine. Much better than having a floppy hanging down visor in your face.
