Awesome product and works pretty far. Got it for my shop from end to end the switches work and it was easy to install. They connect right away.

First, the positives. This is the solution if you need a switched light in a room that doesn't have one. It does the trick. It's fairly easy to set up, plug in, install the remote switches where you wish, and you are done. When you need to change the battery it is fairly easy to remove the remote from the wall. Now what I consider the negatives. Well, not really a negative, but the remote switches take batteries. That is fine, but my problem is the TYPE of batteries it uses, which are not common...A23 batteries. They are used in garage door openers, remotes, etc. You can find them in some retail locations or online. Next negative is how the switches work. I think they might power down or lose connection after a time, because I often have to hit them twice to turn on the light. Turning it off is always one click. That's it. Overall I find the negatives acceptable at this price range. So far they work great. I would recommend this product.

I bought this back in October of 2024 (it is now mid-April of 2026) and it's still working great! There is the caveat that I rarely use it however, since I don't go upstairs often. I absolutely love this though and it's SO handy! I live in a home that was built in 1910 and no one has ever hooked up a two-way switch for the upstairs light, so you'd have to walk upstairs or downstairs in the dark or leave a light on downstairs or upstairs all the time. Alternatives could have been a bright nightlight at the base and top of the steps, or one of those motion-activated stick on lights or something. I didn't want something ugly. I wanted a way to turn a light on upstairs before I walked upstairs and turn it off again after I got back downstairs. This is exactly what I needed! Now, it's like I have a wired connection and I didn't have to pay several hundred dollars to have an electrician come out and put a switch at the base and top of my stairs!!! My favorite thing is that this is shaped exactly like a wall switch, and is easy to turn off and on. It's funny how excited and happy I am each time I go upstairs and come back down while using this--I feel happy because I know each time I turn this off and on that I saved hundreds. Per a google search for a local estimate, the cost would have been between $460 and $850 to hire an electrician to install a two-way switch and pro to repair the drywall patching! Keep in mind that each time I have gotten estimates or hired someone locally, Google has underestimated the cost by hundreds of dollars each time I've gotten local estimates! At least in my area the Google estimator has not been super helpful in assessing the real cost of labor and supplies. Whoever invented these things was an absolute genius! Now I can have a modern amenity in my 115 year old house, without having to pay for it! :D

My mom-in-law moved into a new townhouse that had a huge mantle piece area over her faux fireplace. There were a couple of outlets in the back but only one outlet had a switch and the other was difficult to get to. So for Christmas last year, I got this SURAIELEC Wireless Wall Switch Remote Control Outlet set for her problematic outlet. I plugged the wireless outlet into the existing outlet and mounted the switch in the convenient place of her choosing, and VOILA! No more hassles with turning Christmas lights on and off! If for some reason the wall switch fails, she has a back-up. If she wants to put the other switch in another part of the room, she has that flexibility. PRETTY - DARNED - COOL.

I Received my order today. I hooked it up to a light and both switches worked at first. Then one wouldn't respond. Now neither one does. I tried the button on the box itself. The indicator light switches on and off but no response from the plug in. UPDATE.. I Unplugged the unit for a few hours and tried it again after it being disconnected for a while. It seems to be functioning normally. I was contacted the companys customer service. They seem concerned with the problem and offered a replacement if the problem were to continue. I am very impressed with the customer support. Add assured them that I would let them know if it stops working again, but as of right now it seems to be functioning normally. I am thinking about getting another switch for a different light in my house. If I do I will be buying from this company again.

Unbelievable. You can get this for so cheap. I can now start my dust collector from 3 locations! Unbeatable. It’s great. Really nice quality

Does what I want it to...turns on an outlet so I can have one "light switch" at the room entrance and one by the bed, without having to redo wiring.

Lo compré para encender una lámpara de una recámara. Me ha funcionado muy bien. Está muy práctico. Puse un control en la entrada del cuarto y el otro en la pared de la cama. Uno de los botones empezó a fallar en ocasiones un poco (le tengo que presionar como 3 veces), pero sigue funcionando y generalmente no falla. No le he cambiado baterías desde que los adquirí. Muy recomendado !!
