Q: Does the reflective part work for anyone? I see a couple of reviews that say it doesn't.

No!!! It does not reflect at all!!!

Q: What does the leash weigh? I have arthritis and small hands and heavy items end up hurting me.

I believe the weigh is approx 1.5-2 lbs. with large area for hand to fit in as well.

Q: I have 65lb GSD that is 10 months old & pulls hard I am trying to train her I need a long leash will this hold my dog without breaking at the handle?

I had return mine. My dog is 70lb and he is back and forth. Within a month the flat tape cut into the edges of the handle and was constantly getting stuck. I used it as long as I could but it was incredibly frustrating. The tape ended up breaking at the very end on the inside. I would not recommend it for a very active dog.
