The tablet that I ordered from Feonal is an excellent product. I originally purchased the tablet in December 2024 as a Christmas present for my daughter. Within the last 6 months, the tablet encountered a problem with the charging port causing it to not charge effectively and having other issues that caused it not to work properly. I immediately contacted the Feonal customer service team to advise them of the issue. The customer service representative was very responsive and professional when I addressed the issue that I experienced. Krystal and the representatives in the department were able to accommodate me in every way by shipping out a brand new tablet. My daughter is very happy and so far I am not having any issues. Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, I encountered a small problem. However, everything was resolved with competency and the best professional ever. Thanks so much. I highly recommend.

It seems to be fine.I actually am using for school as I am a librarian.I had to have our tech come and get it up and running because of confidentiality. So far so good. Great color.has'nt froze,no kids are going to use it but it needs to be kid friendly for me.lol love the touch screen .

Our tablet worked great until the charging port quit working. I did contact customer service and they were great to work with. They will be sending a replacement tablet which is nice considering we have only had the tablet for 4 months.

Truly, BELIEVE the reviews & don't purchase. We purchased 5- 2 on a personal account & 3 on a business account. Only 1 out of the 5 worked properly. I.e. Press the start key and it started & operated normally... providing you never turned it off. Statistically, that's not bad luck; its about the build quality. Customer support was non existent and we had to eat it as outside of the A-Z warranty so Amazon couldn't help. We didn't use them straight away and I've only remembered to post this health warning as an employee just reached out to see WHICH manufacturer it was as they didn't want to purchase it. They remembered the nightmare at the event they worked. For all saying "it was great, love it, etc" unless they post a video clip backing it up & proving it, statistics don't lie. 1 in 5 worked. A deal is only a deal if it works or even turned on to display a home screen.

Learning experience with this tablet I'd like to send it back but I can't figure out how to get my information off!

I have been very satisfied with this tablet since I purchased it in early June of this year primarily for the purpose of reading my email, eBooks/magazines, & some surfing on the web as well. I am 68, retired, & an avid reader who in addition to my email, can spend several hours each day enjoying one or more books or magazines which I have access to through Kindle Unlimited as a Prime account holder with Amazon.The tablet arrived in a solid & neatly packaged box that ensured its safety throughout the shipping process. I found I was able to launch the tablet immediately upon receipt as it arrived with a charge level of just under 50%. I was able to complete the very simple & easy-to-follow set-up process, download my Kindle reading app & full personal library, pick an eBook & begin my reading while it was completing its initial charging process. Though I do not use the tablet for any intense mathematical analysis, in addition to my reading, I surf the Internet, access my banking & financial information, & work within various Excel spreadsheets, yet have never experienced a battery drain in less time than specified.The display is clear, well lighted, & very responsive to touch, & what is more important, especially to those like myself who spend many hours a day reading from an illuminated screen, reading in excess of 15 books over the next month-&-a-half, was never impacted by a headache or any feeling of eye strain due to overly sharp-edged or fuzzy-edged letters or slight variances in illumination intensity.I did experience a technical issue with the tablet about 3 months after my purchase, but following a quick email exchange with Feonal & a 1-minute video showing the system issue I was experiencing with the tablet that I was able to take & provide via my mobile phone, they immediately replaced my tablet with a completely new one without any back-&-forth discussion regarding the time since my purchase or blame that the cause of the problem might be me versus the tablet.I’ve been impressed & satisfied with this tablet right from the start….from #1) shipment/delivery quality, to #2) ease of use quality, to #3) quality of the battery & #4) quality of the display, and finally #5) overall value for cost…clearly a 5 star assessment. On the other hand, due to the system issue I experienced I would have had to give it only 4 stars. However, I had to add the 5th star back in as a result of the support & backup provided by Feonal as the company stood firmly behind their 1-year warranty on the product.
