Love these rugs. I have several. They are not thick like a typical area rug, but the cleaning option makes them appealing if you have young children and/or pets.

I have this review 5 stars even though it isn't very soft, especially right out of the packaging. But for a rug that is washable, it can't be everything! I bought this ruggable to replace an area carpet of the same size over ceramic tiled floor, that was very stained and gross. The ruggable is in a high traffic area and has been washed twice already. When I first put it out it had an almost slick rubbery feel but that has gone away with washing it. It doesn't provide much cushioning, if any really, which I didn't expect. I thought the padding underneath would provide some, but it really doesn't. I love that it can be washed and stays in place with the mat underneath. It's fairly easy to put down for one person, but follow the video instructions and know that the carpet will "stick" to the padding wherever it touches.The carpet is very pretty and I am happy with the purchase.

I bought a runner for our entry way. It is a good looking rug and seems to be well made. The rug pad is shorter than the rug but it works fine. We haven't had any issues.

We LOVE this rug. It was as described and washes so well!! I too a chance to try this rug out and I am so glad I did!! Saves me so much money to be able to just wash instead of replacing. My husband tracks in a lot of mud on his boots and onto the floor. Now I just toss it in the wash and problem solved. Washes and drys easily!

It was installed by one 50 yr old small woman, wrinkles settled out immediately. Any small debris was easily removed removed by a carpet sweeper. I haven't had it long enough to comment on other features.

I purchased this 8' by 10' rug from Amazon a couple of months ago. The rug arrived promptly with a smaller nonslip pad. The rug is bulky and not easy to lay down without wrinkling on the pad. In fact the wrinkling of the rug has continued to be a problem and i have found this rug is very difficult to vacuum with a a upright vacuum because the vacuum gets hung up and will move the rug. The rug is not soft and feels rough like an outdoor rug which is basically what it is. If you are buying it because you think you will be able to "wash" it, you can forget putting an 8' by 10' rug in a standard washer because is will not fit. I think the wrinkling of the rug will get worse if you try to wash it. I do like the color and design of the rug but could have saved a couple of hundred dollars buying a wool or blend rug locally or online. I do not recommend.
