Yes, there is a handle on the left and right sides. Depending on the dirt level on the bottom stand up bars you may not want to set it on carpet while restocking wood. Can easily pull forward, add wood and put back.

Q: Are the legs on the back of the screen all the way at the ends of the screen like the ones on the front?

No, the legs on the back of the screen are set several inches in from the ends of the screen, so that they fit inside the fireplace opening and allow the user to sit the screen flush with the surround.

Q: What is the depth measurement including the leg width once assembled?

There isn't much depth to the screen. There are two legs that extend about 4 inches in front of the screen, and two legs that extend about 4 inches into the fireplace. The screen itself is maybe 1/4" deep. Hope that helps!
