So hard to find fresh lime leaves for my Thai curry’s but these make a great substitute and add a nice citrus taste to the curry

it keeps very nice for a long period without losing the flavour. exactly how should be.

Very dried out with little oil left. A bit disappointed

Not an everyday item for me, but when you need them you need them and they just give that extra depth of flavour. So yes you could use lime juice and zest or even lemongrass but these add that dash of authenticity and if you're going to invest time in a dish why not do it right. Good quality leaves, good quality container. Not a bulk buy but enough for a few dishes for sure,.
