Good quality plastic shower heads. Worth the price.
I have purchased 3 of these units for 2 of my showers and also as a gift to a relative. It is well made and serves purpose well. I have been using the first unit in my own shower for over 2 years without problem or clogs. It is easy to install for those who know how to apply teflon tape on the shower neck. If you don't know what that means, call a plumber. Do not overtighten. This is a plastic shower assembly, though strong, and you can only expect 10-15 years of active life before someone pulls too hard on the hose or some other part and breaks it. If you need a longer hose for a big dog in the tub, buy a separate longer hose.

Great value, works for many functions!!
We love this shower head! It looks great in our shower, was easy to install, and has so many settings / features! I love the long cord - makes it very easy to use for cleaning, and also convenient for use while taking a bath. The water-saver setting makes a big difference when shaving. It's also great if you were looking for a solution to raising the heaight of your existing shower-head, since the handheld attachment sits about 6 inches higher than the fixed head. I only have two set-backs that kept me from leaving a 5 star review... 1. It is not a true "oil rubbed bronze" finish, so it does not match perfectly with all of our existing oil rubbed bronze fixtures. This is more or less just a really dark bronze finish - not the usual black finish with streaked bronze accents that we have in the rest of the bathroom fixtures. 2. When changing from one shower head to the other, or when switching from the water-saver setting back to a regular setting, the water comes out ice cold and has to warm up all over again. We did not have this problem with the last shower head in this shower, so I know it is the unit and not the shower itself. I did a lot of research before picking a shower head, and definitely feel like I got the best value with this unit. It helped to remove the pressure regulator, as mentioned in other reviews, so make sure you do that before you install it to get the best water pressure.

Wish I upgraded sooner!
I like to preface reviews with how much I paid because I feel that helps add color to the review and indicate if you are getting a fair price. I paid $26.99 for the nickel one. This thing is pretty great for the price point. You can switch between one head or both. Using both obviously cuts water pressure in half but you can provide more pressure to either head because you get to adjust the valve. If I use only one head the water pressure is much superior to the old gross shower head that came with my apartment. I'm pretty sure just about any new head would have been a vast improvement. You can change the type of spray on both heads which is nice. I really like being able to use the detachable head when my gf hogs all the warm water and tries to give me hypothermia in the back of the shower. I also like the added height you get from the 2nd head. Some say this looks cheap because it's plastic but honestly I think it looks pretty darn good for less than $30. The plastic does mean you have to be a bit careful during installation though. I highly recommend a vice grip for the installation process. Other than that it was smooth and easy. It was nice that it came with plumbing tape. My ownly complaint is that you can't really change the angle of the main head much but that's not a huge deal. All in all this was a very solid purchase. If you want some crazy nice showerhead you won't find it for $20 on Amazon but given the pricing I definitely recommend this.

Shower away
I’ve had this for a number of years and it still works well. The water flow is still good. The size is nice. The setting all still work too. Aside from some of the chrome flaking off the durability is good.

Hand held and stationary shower water pressure
While I like this dual shower, the water pressure in the hand held head is not as strong as the other 2 I have had. It works but, direct setting I use to rinse tub is not as strong as my other 2. I just replaced it because my old one had a hole in the hose. A little disappointed on water power . Everything else is just fine.

Good Value
Overall pretty good for the money. It's been in use about two months. As other have noted everything is mostly plastic, but these days they pretty much all are. Spray patterns all work well. Seems to have a bit more pressure than our previous one. The by-pass valve seems like the possible weak link, but time will tell if it holds up. As noted by others the plastic hose comes out of the box all janky and warped, doesn't hang naturally. Here's a trick I tried, but it involves really hot water so be careful: Bring enough water to submerge the hose to a boil. Turn it off and put the hose in, pushing it down with a wooden spoon or something. Leave it in about one minute. It's HOT so carefully take it out of the water and hang it somewhere it can extend its entire length. Let it cool and it will form a natural looking loop.
