I fell in love with the pot when received it. It’s beautiful to look at and hold, and brews wonderful tie guan yin, but unfortunately it leaks when pouring due to a flaw in the inner rim. I decided to contact the seller because the leak during pouring was really bothering me. Even though the item was outside the return window for Amazon, I contacted the seller, honeylive, and explained the problem. After getting the information, honeylive sent me a replacement immediately, with no hesitation. I am very happy with my experience, and with the replacement item. I like the difference in color, already have some in brown and red and wanted the beige same style and size to complete my set. Would buy again and fast shipping as Amazon has them in the warehouse here in US. I would purchase this again! Fantastic little pot! It has outlasted 2 other pots at almost exactly the same pricing (I have 2-3 tea sessions a day) can recommend for dark oolongs, black tea, and pu’er teas. NOT FOR GREEN the minerality is too overwhelming.

I'm delighted with this charming little pot. Good size for 2 person gong fu tea. The lid fits perfectly and stays in place when inverted with finger occluding the spout of a full pot. Likewise, covering the lid hole during pour perfectly stops the flow from the spout. It's just a lovely little pot.
