This is a nice looking stainless steel pull handle that I got for a specific fitment on a new sidewalk installation. I needed a fold-down flush handle which would not corrode when mounted into a cast concrete cover designed to fit into my sidewalk which is over one end of my septic tank. I wanted a handle that folded down flush and was strong enough to enable me to raise and lift the cover out every three years for septic tank inspection. This black finish handle works perfectly.

Looks very nice, easy to recess without too much measuring. Really like how solid the spring is, hold it in the stored and deployed position very solid, no rattles, no disappointment.

These worked great for our crawl space access door. I had to use a plunge router for the recessed handles. If you have a router with a 1/2” plunge tool this should be a pretty easy install. I did use much longer screws to mount the handles. The mounting holes are too close to the routed recess and the screws would never hold. I used 3/4” long screws.

3/19/2024 - Today is the first day of Spring. The handled functioned as anticipated. But, i would have appreciated a handle 50% larger. The flush mounted flip-up handle is perfect.

I needed a sturdy handle to put on an access panel on my deck around a hot tub. The panel is part of the deck but needs to be removable to access equipment inside the hot tub. This was perfect and looks nice.

I installed this on an engine guard door for a bulldozer. It works great and has stood up to rough use in extreme conditions. Good value and easy to install.

Absolutely not for “marine” use as it states in the description. Installed one of these on my deck. After some light rainfall it’s full of rust! Can only imagine how salt water would effect this poor quality handle. Would love to hear from the seller on this.

This was a solid product. Our project took a different turn, so we didn’t end up installing it. It was heavy duty.
