Seriously THICK, quality hair ties!😁❤
These are amazingly thick hair ties. I have 2 daughters, plus myself, and we go through so many hair ties, and I'm always looking to see if there are superior ones out there. We all have different hair types, too. Let me tell you, these are probably my favorite set thus far. They are honestly much thicker than your regular garden variety hair ties. They're not just labeled to be thicker like some are, yet end up coming the same size as most. NOPE...these are THICKER! They also don't break or stretch out easily, which is just as important. These are not what you'd use for smaller pieces of hair or braids. These have been good for half, or full ponytails. Fyi...(They are tight on my wrist, as shown in my pic, and are how most unstretched hair ties fit on me, but they do fit. I don't really wear them on my wrists anyways, but my daughter loves wearing hers on her wrist, and she's able to wear these just fine). I have long, fine hair, and I really need a tight fitting hair tie. One that doesn't break or get so stretched out that it leaves my ponytail flat. These help give me that bounce, and they stay put, and don't pull on my hair. None have broken yet, so I still haven't went through the whole pack. I still wish they came with more, because I am known to lose track of my hair ties, and my daughter's not much better.😂 I don't really use these on my youngest, 7yr old daughter, because she has shorter, thinner hair, and regular hair ties are sufficient for her hair right now. Plus, I want to keep these for myself, and my oldest daughter, because we both really need this thicker style. My oldest, 13yr old daughter has A LOT of hair! She has really long, thick, curly hair, and has a hard time finding hair ties for the same reason as me. We all want and need quality hair ties, and I have been very pleased with these, and am happy to recommend them to you. *(Pictures above are with 1. A basic regular Scunci Brand hair tie in Navy. 2. A Goody Brand hair tie that comes with a band of rubber swirled around it. (I like these, as well. They stay in place). 3. This Extra thick Revlon hair tie. (My favorite)!

Heavy Duty Judy
These hair bands are the best I have ever found. They hold the hair in place and are extra thick and sturdy. My local beauty supply stores don’t carry these so I order them online because they are that worth it! Wouldn’t do an updo without these hair elastics! Not for tiny braids/buns or thin hair. These are heavy duty.

These really hold up!
I have super thick hair, no other hair ties work for my hair without breaking or falling quickly. I love these. I’ve had zero break on me. None have stretched out or fallen or anything. They hold up well and hold my hair where I want it to be too. I will never buy another kind again. These are cheap and work! Now if I could just stop misplacing them, I’d be golden!

Work fairly well for thick hair
I have been seeking a replacement for a discontinued scünci hair elastic type for quite a few years now, and have yet to find a suitable replacement that is durable. This particular brand is, so far, the best I have come across, but it still falls short. The problem I have is that I find elastics last a few weeks, and then become so stretched out that I have to throw them away and start with a fresh one. If I go with other brands or types, I find they either entirely don't work, and start to slip off my ponytail almost immediately, or they only survive a small handful of times used. Anyway. These Revlon ones seem to last 3-4 weeks of daily use before I need to throw them away and start fresh. These ones have a glued or fused band inside them that will break eventually, but often before it breaks, it will stretch out to a point where it no longer holds the hair well. I really am looking for a nylon one that does not involve a rubber band covered in stretchy fabric. That is the type I had that worked the best years ago. But so far, I haven't encountered anyone making such a thing with enough strength to hold in place.

We cut his hair but I do use them for my self and I have long very thick hair so if you do as well I recommend these for sure !!!

Great hold, but very tight
These bands are THICK. They provide great hold but unless you have small wrists, you won't be able to hold these on your wrist because they are too tight. I can wrap it twice in my hair, or once if I am putting up my 3a curls pineapple style for bed, but they won't go more than that. They also don't have too much pull. I prefer nylon ties.

Are they eternal???
I rarely bother to write reviews. Why would I do it now for a <$5.00 item? Because these seem to last somewhere between 100 and infinity times longer than any other hair tie I've ever used. I'm a 40+ year old male, with laughably thick, longer than shoulder length hair. All other hair ties I've used last a day or two, the glued together connection snaps, I tie the ends in a knot, and it lasts a few weeks longer. Then I tried these. According to Amazon, I bought my first pack 2 years ago. The first one I used, the glued connection snapped after a few weeks, so I tied it just like the rest. But.........Then apparently these will last indefinitely. I'm literally still using the FIRST ONE I pulled out of the package. I used two of them at a time to manage the man bun. I'll check back in on this review in a couple decades and let you know how the other 4 in the package hold up, IF I ever get around to needing them. I'm shocked, awestruck, amused, and maybe even a little bid frightened by how well this 3 dollar purchase has held up. These will outlast you, me, my children, my childrens' children and maybe even the planet itself.
