This works perfectly and gives immediate relief and is very comfortable to lay on

It is very helpful for stretching out my neck and letting my neck naturally decompress.What i don't like is i don't have anywhere to consistently use it because you need a solid flat surface. That's why I gave 4 stars

I ordered this and I’ve used it a couple times and it’s not the most comfortable thing. I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to expect or experience and haven’t noticed any change.

I originally purchased this product to relieve pain in my upper back and neck area.I have this neck stretcher for a couple weeks now and I have noticed a distinct difference in tension and pain in my mid upper back and neck area. I used to get severe pain in my neck while working at my desk at work but that is essentially all gone. I do the prescribed 10 minutes per day every day of the week and I noticed a reduction in pain after about of week of consistent use. So far I havent had any issue with the product at all it still work the same as it did the first day.Additionally, I've noticed a reduction in headaches that I used to have a work over the past couple of weeks. The ten minute stretches are now part of my routine and I love the product. I couldn't ask for a better result.

I am so glad I bought this! I can see that over the last few months using it that my neck and the tech neck / hunch issue is improving. I use it 10 min almost everyday. It’s also comfortable to use and I actually look forward to those 10 min.

This is what I use in place of a towel for my neck physical therapy exercises. It is more consistent than a towel. As to getting actual relief from neck pain by just resting on it is probably up to each individual. I do notice a slight difference before and after using it, but it is marginal and not a miracle or a cure. However, for my purposes, it was worth the money.

I am a woman in my early 60’s with no Health issues. I ordered this after seeing a similar product on social media. I have been looking for something to help me position my spine back to the correct alignment, to help to stop slouching and to loosen tight chest muscles which cause my shoulders to round forward. I have tried different stretches but found myself not doing them daily and this seemed like a better possibility for finding time to stretch while relaxing. The first time I used it I can honestly say I felt such a pull across my chest that it was uncomfortable but I stayed in position for the recommended 10minutes. I have been using it twice daily for a week and I can honestly say my posture has improved. My shoulder are not rounded forward any longer and I am standing straight and taller. I recommend this product.
