GNC Lean Shake
I put a scoop of the powder and 1 cup of skim milk and some ice in a blender. It tastes just like a chocolate milk shake. I have this for breakfast and it curbs my appetite for quite a while. Great taste, not powdery or chalky tasting like most. Great product.

Chocolate tastes great!
Makes a smooth, creamy shake. I use 1% milk instead of water. Very filling, lasts for about 5 hours. Blended in a Bullet blender. Have only tried chocolate. No aftertaste.

It works, however it doesnt mix smoothly with liquid, but it does help control appetite

Tastes like a shake!
The taste is amazing, mixed with just water. This is the best tasting protein drink I’ve ever had. I use a shaker and it mixes easily. It’s a great low calorie, high protein, breakfast or lunch.

Serving Size is Interesting
The serving size is "one heaping scoop." It's not a reliable amount if you are counting calories. I forgot that is the reason why I stopped buying these a few years ago when they changed the measurement. Oops!
