Gentle and may take some time for results to show
I've been taking the Natural Diuretic for about a month now, along with some heart health supplements of D-Ribose, L-Carnitine and CoQ10 in megadoses (according to The Sinatra Solution). I think they have all had some effect on my chronic edema, but I feel instinctively that the diuretic itself is working well. It has not been dramatic, as with uva ursi, but I am happy that it is a gentler solution, since I want to take this on a long term basis to combat a long term problem. I have a doctor appointment in a couple weeks that I think will confirm my suspicions of Congestive Heart Failure. I'm expecting the doctor may suggest a diuretic, and I'd rather not take any pharmaceutical remedies, since they are expensive and usually come with risks and side effects. This natural diuretic is mild enough to feel safe and yet is working, it just takes time. After 2 weeks I was noticing the swelling in my face in the morning was much reduced. Now after 4 weeks I'm noticing more frequent trips to the bathroom and my ankles aren't as swollen in the evenings, even on hot days. The company sent me a free extra bottle as an incentive to write a review (it worked), and I am confident that the results will continue to get even better. I have been able to comfortably wear a pair of shoes for the last couple of days that I had given up because my feet had been too swollen previously. I've been taking one cap in the morning and one in the evening. I'm very pleased to have found this natural product to combat my swelling.

Gives me a headache and doesn't reduce bloat
I have been using Diurex to help with bloat and water weight for years. I like Diurex. I trust it. I know what it is going to do and what it can't do.I wanted to try a more natural approach to debloating and this product seemed to have the most favorable reviews and the least number of "paid" reviews (which run rampant on Amazon these days).I received the bottle about 7 days ago. I have been using it regularly in preparation for my PMS bloating. It hasn't done much for the bloating but I do have a constant headache so that's fun. :(I stopped using it this morning because my headaches have been getting worse and my bloat hasn't subsided. I took some Diurex this morning instead and within two hours my bloat had significantly decreased. I still have a headache because I woke up with it (I took a dose of this natural pill last night) but I'm hoping after all of it is out of my system I will be back to normal.Sometimes natural is just a bad idea. I will stick to my Diurex from now on.

Works okay, but received a product with different name
My experience has been that this product works gently but effectively. When I ordered a second bottle a couple of weeks ago, I received a bottle with a different name ("Water Xpel") but showing the same active ingredients. I contacted the seller, and they promptly replied that this was the same product I ordered and have been taking, but the name was changed. Although this product has been working, I don't anticipate that I will be placing another order. I am not comfortable taking an herbal dieuretic called "Water Xpel" - especially when I placed an order for a product called "Natural Diuretic."

A Skeptic-Turned-Believer!
I'm not sure what happened to my original post, but this stuff genuinely works. I've been using it since February, and since beginning it, I've been able to have my Lisinopril-HCTZ prescription reduced to just one pill a day, and my doctor is considering removing it altogether because my blood pressure is perfect (and by "perfect", I do mean numbers that doctors dream of for all their patients, healthy or not.). Now, if Advanta has something to help with blood sugar, that would be a heaven send! lol I haven't had significant weight loss like others may have, but I've been able to keep those pesky five pounds off that always seem to come from water retention. Even when Mother Nature wants to visit monthly, this stuff keeps her crazy kids (i.e., bloating and water retention) at bay. lol I can't speak for everyone else, but the first morning that I took the supplement, the effects began by the time I was settled in my office around 9:00 (I had taken the pill when I woke up around 7:00 a.m.). I took a second pill around 1:00 p.m., and within an hour, it was working. I've continued this regimen, and as long as I drink half my body weight in water throughout the day, I have no side effects, just extra trips to the restroom, and that's okay with me. I'm usually the skeptical chick, but this is a tried and true product for me, and I'll continue using it. Yes, I'm real. It's May 28, 2015, and I really hope the Warriors beat the Cavs in the NBA Finals.

I feel that sometimes when I eat salty foods my body just feels heavier and bloated. I was advised to take a diuretic to aleviate some of those symptoms. I have noticed that my feet which is where I get puffy often, are less puffy after a long day. It does make me go to the bathroom more often but that is how this should work to get rid of the water.
