Q: Is it safe for Depron and other foam plastics?

Q: Is the the legitimate German version of the glue? I need that one specifically for my models.

I wish I could tell you, but I ordered this at the end of October in 2018 and I have yet to receive it. I was told it was delayed. Perhaps a customs problem due to changes in international regulations? I really don't know. So I would recommend ordering it from another seller.

UHU All Purpose Adhesive, the proven fast, crystal-clear universal adhesive. For universal applications at home, in the office, for modelling, at school and for crafts. Glues many materials rapidly and durably. Its adhesive bond remains temporarily correctable and it does not wrinkle paper. Materials: Universal - glues wood, wood based materials, plastics (ABS, hard- and soft pvc, Plexiglas®, polystyrene, Resopal®), metal, glass, porcelain, ceramic, leather, rubber, felt, cork, fabrics, cardboard, paper. Not suitable for PE, PP. Use and Handling Instructions: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be stuck (dry and free of dust and grease). Apply the adhesive thinly to one side of the assembly - that's it! For non-absorbent materials (e.g. ceramic, coated papers), apply to both sides of the assembly, leave to dry, re-apply and press the parts together.

Q: Can i use this to glue leather on felt?

I would see no reason why not. It dose remain flexible.
