COOL GEL Classic Brands 4.5-Inch Memory Foam Replacement Mattress for Sleeper Sofa Bed Queen

Bought this to replace an old mattress on a couch bed given to us. This is a great replacement mattress. It expanded pretty quickly, I let it sit out for 24 hours though to give it a lot of time. It has no off gasing, and has been used by a child and adults up to 200 lbs. Everyone said it was very comfortable and they didn't feel the bars underneath. It fit perfectly in our sofa bed, and folds up easily and expands right back up when we take it out. It's been used several times since we bought it, and we've been very happy with it. I would recommend this mattress.

This replaced a mattress in a pull out couch and is so comfortable, can’t feel the bars anymore!

If you're like me, you've been considering this for awhile but not sure if it's worth it. But let me tell you, if your sofa bed came with one of those weird thin springy "mattresses" just go ahead and get this! It' is a 100% upgrade! The mattress arrived rolled up and vacuum sealed so very thin. It probably took 2 days at least for it to totally "inflate" for us. We have been using it with the original spring mattress under the foam. This allllmost removes the bar issue but honestly it doesn't really bother me because it is so slight. have not tried it without the other mattress underneath. We plan to fold up the original mattress and store it behind the sofa so we can pull it out and continue to use it under this mattress as extra support. The mattress itself does give off a slight odor but not enought o bother me. It appears to be high quality. It's very smooshy and comfortable. I hated sleeping on that spring mattress (kids frequently request to have sleepovers where we pull out sofa and watch movies) - but now with this I think it won't be so bad!

This mattress made an excellent replacement to our thin springy mattress that came with our pull out chair. It inflated quickly snd was exactly 4.5 inches. There was no smell and itarrives well packaged. Size, fit perfect and its firm yet provides great support. We upgraded as our boys friends have all gotten older and were complaining about the old mattress. First night on this one got raving reviews on sleep quality. Our other son even wanted to sleep on it over the couch which used to be his choice. Holds up to 160+ lb teenagers.
