Pretty good for a $19 CPU Fan, but was a pain to install for me. AM2+. I had some adventure though.
I usually stick with a couple of brands I have used over 30 years of PC building. The fan itself looked nice and for 960 reviews at has 4.5 stars. Still not sure how I ended up deciding on it versus other fans in the same range. Could of been the over look of the fan with two heat pipes, decent size fins and fan.So first oopsie. The fan does come with paste and it is already applied. I was not expecting that and when I pulled the fan out the cover over the base came off and one of my fingers felt something sticky. So I look and go thats just great. The past was still good and evenly spread out with the dot method. Wish this cover was on better. I have some thermal paste so I applied some in the area I smeared\removed from. So watch out for this!I got this to replace a basic block foxconn that had a dying fan. I also replace my CPU that runs hotter so I wanted a different cooler anyway. The clips are very basic and remind me of the cheap metal stock clips that i hate. Been spoiled with the nice levers\latches.Second puzzle. Which way does the air blow. I am getting somewhat blind even with my glasses. I could find no arrow on the fan as to which way the air flowed. The is an arrow that shows which way it turns, and you could use that to figure out which way it blows, but my brain is again spoiled with the nicer fans that have both arrows ;) The fan pulls air through the fins. So the air flows out of the exposed fin area.Third stumble. Fan is not reversible and no easy way to mount a 2nd fan if you so desired. I mean i could be done, but it is not made for that. Also the clips are not reversible. Well you could get same could small pliers and bend said clips and swap the latches and then bend them back to keep them from falling off, but that is a big pain. Again spoiled by higher dollar coolers that have one or both of these options. This was an issue for me because my socket is right smack at the top of my case. As big as the cooler is the big clip was on that side. This is the clip you do last. The clips wiggle wobble and do not stay straight. Again very basic. I had to do the big clip first. If you have minuscule hands that would not of been so bad. Now on the the small clip. I had to put pressure on the cooler. My hand slipped of the pipe tops and smooshed some of the fins. And getting that smaller clip took some patience and I was hoping I was not putting too much pressure on the CPU.Well after what seemed like forever. I got the fan on. I hope the paste do not smear off too much as the cooler wiggled a bit during my struggle. The basic mounting system is what brought the score down for me. I mean you can see them in the picture, but they are so nice and straight and shiny that I did not even think about how basic they were.My system posted and has been running for a few hours so I think my CPU survived.I have a AMD Phenom II X6 1065T processor. I am stressing the CPU and all cores at 100%. After an hour the temp according to CPUID Hardware Monitor and HWInfo range is 30-42 deg Celsius. I think this is pretty good for a $19.99 cooler.I never have used any DeepCool product before. Even though I rated this a three because of my experience and basic expectations, I will probably check out some of their other items. This time I will be a bit more wary and really inspect things a bit more and takes things out of packages a lot more slowly than I do now.DeepCool is definitely worth a try.

Neat-o! Great cooler, low temps
Great cooler. I have a i5 9400f and have been using the stock Intel cooler that came with it, my temps were 40-50 C idle but would ramp up to 85 and even reach 90-91 C when playing games or doing CPU heavy tasks. Once I mounted this and checked my temps my initial reaction was "oh, okay". My new idle temps we mid 30 C so not much of a drop BUT then I played some cpu demanding games for a couple hours and never saw my temps rise above 60 C. An almost 30 degree difference. Incredible. I never knew the stock Intel cooler was that bad. So happy I switched, and just an amazing cooler. Your expericnes may vary, but if the cooler works it will help keep your temps at a reasonable level and will most of the time be better than most stock coolers for both AMD and Intel. One note, I didn't take a star off because it wasn't directly related to the cooler itself but rather the packing. I got the cooler and had intended to mount it without taking out the motherboard, but when I looked over the instructions I discovered that I was missing the pieces to do it that way. Since I didn't want to deal with the horrible temps for even a few more days I decided to not return it and just take apart my PC to attach it with the backplate. It's probay more star this way, the cooler is a little heavy so not mad that I did it the way I did, though disappointed the other pieces were not included in the box. My box was also beaten pretty badly but the product itself seems and runs undamaged. Just thought that might be useful. Always take pictures of any damage you see, especially water damage before opening or doing anything further with your items. Mine runs perfect so I am very happy. Note, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference between this V2 and the V1. Mainly this one (V2) seems to have bothohnting methods for Intel while the V1 only have the backplate method for both Intel and AMD. If you can find the V1 for cheaper do it, you'll see the same performance. I bought this one without any deal or sale so I spent a bit more but since it was urgent it was worth it for me. If you can wait and can't find the V1 for cheaper this V2 supposedly does go on sale a bit, usually $5-$10 so that would definitely be a deal worth jumping on.

Decent option if you've got a lower power CPU and don't plan on overclocking
This is more of a budget build cooler, but it will get the job done as long as you don't plan on using a high powered CPU or plan on doing any overclocking etc. Used it in my mining rig with an old 4770k and it held up for over a year just fine and did it's job

Muy buena calidad
The media could not be loaded.
