Autel MS Ultra Scanner

I’m really happy I chose the Autel Ultra scanner; it’s super user-friendly and comes at a great price. It outperforms my other scanners, like Snap On, Launch, and TopDon. The Ultra features a Bluetooth-enabled VCMI module that quickly decodes the vehicle's VIN. Plus, it has a larger screen, and its bi-directional functionality works smoothly, which saves a lot of time during diagnostics. With a full year of updates included, this scanner is a smart investment and a fantastic addition to any professional mechanic's toolkit. It’s definitely worth the cost.

Absolutely thrilled with the Autel Ultra! Right out of the gate, the shipping was fast (received within 5 days) and professional, the device was triple-boxed for protection, with the actual unit secured in a rugged, high-quality hard case. Compared to my MS919, the Ultra has a noticeably larger screen that’s also slimmer and sleeker in design. It boots up quickly, runs smoothly, and includes the VCMI module, which adds incredible value. The bi-directional functionality works flawlessly and saves a ton of time during diagnostics. With a full year of updates included, this scanner is a smart investment and a fantastic addition to any professional mechanic’s diagnostic arsenal. Worth every penny!

This scan tool has been a great tool. I had two issues with it, one where it wouldn’t boot up (I think it was something I did when I was messing around with apps) and I called tech support and they were able to email me the files to refresh the entire tool with a usb. The second issue was the screen started flickering and not working right at all when it was used for more than about 10 mins. I contacted the seller Jason Tools and he got me in touch with a lady from the Autel repair team and she had me send it to china where they replaced the screen and sent it back. It now works great. The scan tool has all the features you need to diagnose vehicles, I especially like the built in oscilloscope and multimeter that allow you to do all the testing right on the scan tool. Never told us that this item don't support ADAS calibration frame. Why is there if we can't use this important program.

This scanner goes above and beyond what I expected in the best way. For starters, the carry case it comes in is super organized and makes it easy to locate what I need for diagnostic purposes. The scanner itself has such a large screen that makes it easy to both navigate and see what I am doing. The software interface is very user-friendly as well. This scanner does everything you could want for a fraction of the cost of the "other guys." The fact that I can do manufacture-specific ECU programming, coding, and calibrations made this a no-brainer purchase for me. The scoping and waveform abilities are what set it apart from others. It is also compatible with every manufacturer I have worked with. Overall, this is a top-tier scanner, and I recommend it to any shop or technician looking for a scanner that can do almost anything.

I got my Autel Ultra scanner super fast and it's a solid product with all the adapters I need.I bought it for the topology mapping and it totally lived up to my expectations. It found 30 red modules and I quickly erased them all to make them green, saving me a bunch of time The Intelligent Diagnostics feature is also really cool. It gives me all the info I need to make accurate repairs and it works on almost all the cars in my shop. 'm really happy with this scanner and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient intelligent diagnostic tool.

Pros: The Ultra scanner does everything I need, from factory-level programming to 40 reset services. It has also added some pretty cool features. The VCMI has a built-in scope module that can perform a lot more functions than my old Snap-on tool. It comes with a docking station, a variety of scope leads, alligator clips, and plenty of accessories and adapters. Cons: The VCMI is quite large, and it needs to be activated.
