Nature Made Multi for Her 50+, Tablets, 90 Count

I love that this multi has everything I need to take for my daily needs. I notice a difference in my body when I do not take it...I can sometimes feel like I'm getting a cold, etc. I then notice I've missed my daily vitamin. Shortly after taking, I feel great again. Highly recommend this.

I liked this item very much. I was having a hard time finding a vitamin without iron.

I have been using this brand of multivitamin for years. I find it easier to order on Amazon then search around the stores for the one that I need.

I have taken these vitamins on and off for years.....a bit huge but effective....espicially for women of certain age it has just the right amount of all one needs in a vitamin...

These seem to be an ok supplemental .They do not contain iron so might not be the best for an anemic person
