MASTERCANOPY Durable Pop-up Canopy Tent with Roller Bag (8x8, Navy Blue)

I have purchased two of these for use on my deck. They provide great weather and sun protection, are easy to set up and take down, and have lasted through wind and storms. We take them down for winter as I think a snowload would not be a good idea as we live in the pacific northwest and can get a heavy snow fall.

I guess I got a lemon. The canopy was very stiff to open. Four people were needed. Then when we tried to take it down, it became hopelessly jammed and the flimsy frame bent and broke right at a joint. Don’t waste your time w this one.

Canopy is good quality for the money. Have to remove top to take down or stress on fabric is very tight. Is somewhat difficult to spread open, hopefully will loosen up somewhat over time.

Product fell apart after one use. Assembly instructions were followed, but the framing fell apart as seen in the attached pictures.

I was hoping this would be a durable canopy that would last for awhile but after the second use the latch broke. Very disappointed.

Good product, easy to assemble and the carry case alse my it possible for me to Carry to bbq places. Will recommend to my friends!!

Haben den Pavillon für den Garten gekauft, da wir auch bei Schmuddelwetter lange draußen sitzen. Er ist auch von 1 Person leicht aufzubauen. Das Gestänge ist stabil und das Marineblau echt schön. Das Dacht wird mit Klettverschlüssen befestigt, klappte auch ohne Probleme und passte alles. Zur Sicherheit haben wir ihn mit 4 Schrauben im Boden verankert. Die bisherigen Winde hat er gut wegesteckt sowie diverse Regengüsse. Absolut wasserdicht. Einziges Manko: Der Pavillon ist nur 2,35 m breit und tief. Wurde zu spät bemerkt, etwas ärgerlich, haben ihn trotzdem behalten, da er sonst gut ist. Hinweis: Hatten auch die passenden Seitenwände gekauft...die passten leider gar nicht richtig und gingen daher zurück. Fazit: Würden den Pavillon wieder kaufen. Preis/ Leistung ist gut.

After contacting MasterCanopy, they exceeded all expectations with their customer support. When purchased this had a rusty leg and what appears to be some design flaw. Photo of leg has been edited to crop out some identifying data. Canopy itself had rips on 3 of the 4 joints where it met the gazebo frame (shown in photos).

We have had the canopy up since July it has been sturdy in the wind and no leaks when we have had heavy rain. We purchased leg weights and used the guide ropes supplied. The 2.5m square option was great as there are only two of us but in saying that we have had six people under without being squashed. Very pleased with the product and recently purchased two sides as additional protection. Would have no issues recommending this product

A fantastic bit of kit. Easy to assemble great colour (we chose blue). So very happy with it. Use it when it rains and will definitely use it when summer arrives. Cannot rate the service enough. Easy to order and quick delivery.
