As you can see, the bottom right color is completely gone. It was previously opened and the color from the bottom right square was all inside the bubble wrap. It also affected the other colors. The light color is dark because of this. I have to give it to the kid I nanny for good behavior—so it isn’t worth me returning because he would be super bummed to wait for another one. But this is quite the bummer. Should have been wrapped better in the bubble wrap.

I love all 4 of these colors. They're rich and dramatic. Two of the shades were a departure from what I usually choose and are now a go to choice for me. L'Oreal is always coming out with lovely new shades and I'm glad I decided to change things up.

It was shipped unwrapped, unprotected. The plastic compact was intact, but the contents, the eyeshadow, was broken to bits!It is unusable due to an unthinking packer. Wow! What a colossal mess. Maybe it was so old it’s brittle. Maybe it was just having the item bounce around in the box. Maybe it was both. Point is, it’s UNUSABLE.

the two books we ordered are covered with eye shadow as well as the lipsticks and everything else in the package.

For a drugstore brand, these colors have great pigmentation and low fallout.

Blue is defective. Falls apart

Colors are a lot darker than shown. I wanted a light blur, but it's a dark teal, and the darker blue shown is extremely dark. The product itself is nice.

First one came and was damaged. It was replaced immediately. The colors are harsh and not what I had in mind.
