This product saved me while I was dealing with an intense earache. I couldn't get into my doctor for 2 days, and even then it took 2 more days for the antibiotics to work their magic. I used it as a heat pack vs an ice pack and it worked so well! It retained the heat much longer than I expected, held the heat pack exactly where I wanted it and was not uncomfortable to wear, at all. I even napped with it on. Finally, I got some relief! Everyone in my family has a head on the larger end of the spectrum, lol. Lots of headwear doesn't fit right but the adjustment range on this was great! Can't recommend this product enough.

GET IT!!! If you are having a tooth removal or something similar. I’m in my 30s and had my wisdom teeth removed recently. I was terrified but I had heard these make a difference so I ordered one to prepare. I had all 4 teeth removed so I was preparing to look like a chipmunk. I told my sister, force me to put this on immediately when you drop me off at home. And you know what? My face never got as puffy as I imagined and I can only assume it was due to the diligent use of this face wrap! I tried to wear it as often as possible. It was nice that I could swap the ice packs in and out since there were 4 packs. It was comfortable on my face and I didn’t mind wearing it. I was drooling a bit at first (gross I know lol) but thankfully you can also throw it in the wash and then it is better afterwards. I didn’t use it for the heat function so I can’t speak to that but it deserves 5 stars just for the cold pack. The Velcro held really well and I was able to walk around with it on with no problem. The ice hit perfect on my face for where my removals were and I slept with it on no problem many times. I think even for TMJ pain it would be nice.

I bought this for my husband after his wisdom teeth removal and it worked really well. The wrap holds both ice and heat packs, which made it convenient to use cold during the first few days and then switch to heat later in recovery. The packs themselves are good quality, the wrap fits the head well, and it’s simple to use. I also like that it came with four packs so we could rotate them. A couple of small downsides: the internal fabric is pretty thin, so the packs can feel uncomfortably cold against the skin. We solved this by slipping the packs into a sock before putting them in the wrap. It can also be tricky to tighten it enough without help from another person. Overall, though, this was a great purchase and made recovery a lot easier.

I had gum grafts on both sides of my lower jaw at once, under anesthesia. This product is great for recovery. The recommendation is to ice for 20 minutes every hour as often as possible in the first 48 hours. The 4 ice packs makes the rotation a breeze, there are always 2 cold ones. I like that the packs have a little flex to them. I use it in the opposite way from the product image - blue scuba fabric to the inside. That is just the right thickness to still let it be cold but not too cold. The black pockets right against my cheek is far too cold, as it is a thin fabric keeping the ice pack in place. The velcro fasteners still work great flipping it like this, and has not snagged my hair once. I think you'd need a skinnier ice pack to fit the chin portion - it does not really reach that with the provided packs short of inserting them between the chin and the wrap. I don't need it on my chin, so no problem there. Highly recommended.

Amazingly impressive these 4 packs of gel meant to be used for swelling after a tooth surgery. Gel packs last hours once frozen. I’d highly recommend it

Got these to assist in the pain/swelling control after my wisdom teeth removal surgery and this product delivered. It’s made out of strong, thick, durable material that isn’t going to break, and the size is perfect for securing around one’s head. The soft and flexible texture of the straps make it easy to lay down with the head wrap on. The ice packs stay cold for maybe 20-30 minutes at a time before they need to be swapped out, which is easy to do as this head wrap comes with multiple ice packs. Overall, my swelling went down pretty immediately and I was provided a ton of relief from using this product and I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this for use after a tonsillectomy and it has been a lifesaver. It’s nice that it comes with two sets of ice packs so you can alternate. Highly recommend for tonsillectomy recovery.

Super apres une chirurgie s la machoire. Chaud ou froid . Tiens bien la nuit, même si je devais dormir assis ! Tres bonne qualité ! Le tissus etait assez rigide pour tenir en place tout en etant confortable. Les sac aussi reste en place dans la pochette sans tombé en boulle au fond. Donc il couvre bien un espace assez large Pour réchauffé les sac je les laissait tremper dans l'eau chaude pour gardez les sac en bon etat.

This is a quality product that became very helpful after dental surgery. I love the fact that you don’t have to hold an ice pack to you face with your hand but can just wrap this around your head and it stays there for as long as you need it. it comes with 4 ice packs, so you keep one pair in the freezer while you use the other. The packs are mouldable even when frozen so you can model them around your face contour. The Velcro closing adjust to the size of your head. I have not tried them as hot packs yet but they can be used like that as well.

Bought this for after my wisdom teeth removal, works really well. The only thing I hope they can change is the closure, if they just switch the Velcro and soft part, because my hair keeps getting caught in the Velcro which is frustrating.

Got this item for my wisdom teeth removal and it’s honestly been a life saver, I’ve only used it in the freezer but as an ice pack it works great! Easy to use and came the day after I ordered. It kind of holds my face in place and stops quite a bit of pain, only thing is your ears might get a little cold lol
